We have never received such awesome service from any Insurance Company before. Frans Mashilo is probably the best Claims Administrator we have ever dealt with. We have tyre insurance with them and one of our tyres on our new vehicle was deflating regularly and it was found that there was a fault. The tyre we were needing was unavailable and he personally phoned around on our behalf. We were able to find a Bridgestone tyre and it was delivered the same day. The claim was paid immediately.
Our car was written off and Michelle drove to our small holding to bring a Mahindra for us to test drive. Her service was amazing and she arranged everything from her side. We are very happy with our new vehicle.
As the saying goes - first impressions count. My wife and I, who are pensioners decided to book with Lift Airlines for the first time. What a huge mistake we made. Yesterday when check in opened, we booked our seats and only got an option for row 28 at the back of the plane. Being pensioners, it would mean going down stairs at Cape Town International and then climbing up stairs to board the back of the plane. We got to the airport early to be told the flight was full, and the lady at check in informed us that she was not allowed to change our seats as we had already booked them. We accepted it. Whilst boarding through the gates, my name went red when I gave her my boarding pass 28D. This in front of all the other passengers. She said my boarding pass was not valid. This was extremely embarassiing for both myself and my wife. After a while with the lady trying to figure out what had happened, she politely looked on her counter and informed me that Lift had changed my seat to 24D. I asked how did that happen if I had a boarding pass stating 28 D. She said she had no idea why it was done. We were totally shocked. On boarding I informed the cabin crew and they asked what reason was given.she said they had no idea why it was done. Being extremely angry that pensioners get treated this way, after being told at check in, that Lift was not allowed to change seats for us. So much for the flexible airline that they profess to be. They are flexible to shunt passengers around. A lady was given my seat. Thanks Lift. First time customer and one lost forever. I will make sure that people are made aware of this as well.
A taxi hit our car from behind while waiting to pay our toll fees. It pushed our vehicle into the car in front of us. Our car was written off. Mildred Frans was amazing in assisting us and kept us updated on the progress of the claim. Raneshan from salvage department was quick to state that the payment should be paid out shortly and was done within 3 days. Awesome service from the crew at Outsurance.
Such poor service from this company. Put in an order in March and sent an email to the company to ask just when my order will be delivered. Delwyn assured me the order will be delivered on 15 March, which is today. We waited all day for them to come and no one did. Then Bulumko contacts me late today to say the order has not been done yet. Last time I will be ordering from this company who pretend to be so efficient, yet are not interested once the order is made.
This has to be the most *********** bank in South Africa. I have called the bank numerous times complaining that the banking app is not working, but according to Mbali the Manager a complaint was never received. I called Ofentse an agent who couldn't assist either. Every month interest is charge for something I cannot use. Be careful with this bank, they take money at will. I have many banking apps all work, excpet this one. No one was able to assist me. I have now told Mbali to cancel my card with immediate effect as it is useless and cannot be used.
We had a contract with Morclick - one we regret as you don't get coverage as promised and our contact expired and we were on a month to month basis. However, our router stopped working the whole of January, so we told Morclick that they cannot take a payment for February as we are cancelling due to our router not working. I sent this to both the billing as well as customer service. No one responds and they deduct a payment against my instruction. I am handing this over to our attorney as this company thinks they can get away with this. I read below that other clients experienced the same. Don't use this company, ever.
I have just got a response from a very rude and unprofessional person - Nthabiseng Sibande Specialist Case Manager Customer Value Management Please remove her from dealing with me. She is totally insensitive and rude. Telling me what I have to do, which is a load of bull.
On Thursday last week we made a big cash deposit at FNB Kolonade something we do not like as we do not trust ATM deposits. We used our card and made the deposit. It just hung and then timed us out. We waited for the card and nothing. We were told we had to go into the branch by the security who said the two machines were giving endless problems. We went in and suddenly a lady from FNB appeared with my card. I got to the teller after the normal hours of waiting for your number to be read and teller F4832299 assisted us, telling us not to worry as this happens all the time and we will be sorted out after having to complete the necessary form. Today I have called numerous 087 numbers and spoken to Robin Nondiwe and so many more without any assistance. I then contacted my private banker Manana, who said he couldn't help and I would need to contact the bank. I asked for the number and he said the banks no longer take calls. Right, so what now? He said I should go into the bank, which is over 60km away from us. I said people work, just like he should be jumping to assist me. I said he needed to call the bank himself if I couldn't. He politely said he sent a message to the teller. I called the 087 number again and was told that I had to go into a nearest bank to get verified. I am shocked. I asked to speak to her manager and she said they were not available and will call me back shortly. It is now over an hour and no call. My debit orders go off tomorrow and dare they bounce any, there will be war. Sick of the poor service and incompetent people who man phones nowadays.
