I was happy with Rain until my wifi router got ****** during house ******* on the 2nd of December 2024...since that day I have been trying to contact Rain to replace the router and 2 Sim cards but they are not willing to help me they are only flooding my emails with reference numbers..this is so frustrating...there's a day where I was on hold for 1 hour.

Helina driving academy advertised their black friday specials the one I was interested in was the 30 lessons code 10 + truck hire for R800 so I went there with 800 only to register with the pamphlet when I got there they said there is an admin fee of 200 so the course is R1000 I told them the pamphlet doesn't say anything about the admin fee they said T&Cs apply but the pamphlet doesn't say anything about T&Cs I was so disappointed because i couldn't register coz i only had 800 they are misleading consumers what they are doing is false advertising their contacts numbers are 0313013827 and 0623192940
I am very upset with debonairs in Sydenham sparks road. We ordered online and order was confirmed at 18:30 we only received our pizza at 19:55 and it was cold. And the dot was black outside the box and according to their policy if the dot is black you get it for free but the driver refused including the manager (Lungile) is her name when we called and told them we even took fotos as proof
On Saturday the 1st I went to Cambridge food at the market branch to buy some meat the que was very long at the butcher section when it was my turn to served the lady who was suppose to serve me just ignored me at she was making jokes with her colleagues loughing out loud...I asked her for assistance she just looked at me as if I was nothing walked passed me shaking her booty and she continued to speak with her colleagues...I was so shocked and so disappointed to receive such bad customer service.the name of lady is Nelly Motha...her superiors must check the footage so that they see what im talking about

I made a request to cash out my provident fund in January 23 and I was told that money would be paid within 26 days but until 2day I haven't received any confirmation that money would be paid into my account..I have made countless calls to momentum and every time I call I'm told that it will be paid within 2 to 3 days this has been happening for about 2weeks
<p>I made a transfer to the nedbank supabets account on the 25th of March 2017 then send the proof of payment...I got a reply from MARCO COETSEE who is a deposits manager saying my deposit will reflect within 3days until 2day the 9th of April my account is not credited ive been doing follow ups was told that would be assisted as soon as they can</p>
