DO NOT USE AC DIRECT. I paid for a service on the 14Nov. Firstly, they tried to show up without confirming a day with me (because we all just sit at home waiting in anticipation) so AC Direct rebooked another day - phoning to reconfirm twice. Took a day off work and guess what - NO ONE SHOWED UP. Emailed to see where they were since their phones do not get answered unless you want to buy something (installations, servicing - nothing). Phones also go off at 3pm! Email was eventually answered and another date confirmed (another day off work). Again NO ONE SHOWED UP. 4TH attempt they offered to come on a weekend to not inconvenience us any more so stayed home all day on the Saturday and again NO ONE SHOWED UP. I must also mention that not once did they call to say they could not make it and to reschedule, NOT ONCE. 5th attempt yesterday, promised to be the first place they go - still waiting for them to show up! At this point, just give my money back. You have no clue what customer service is and at this point it seems all you want is money from existing client but will only help new clients. I am beyond speechless!!!
You better call me ASAP!! Promises promises promises for over 2 weeks. You are going to be the cause of me losing my job due to your complete and utter ***********cy. Amazing how the supervisor (of which there seems to only be one - Siphokaze) is always in a meeting when I call. Of course I am always calling as you NEVER call back when you say you will. Go listen to ALL the calls I have made TO YOU and the promises given by YOUR staff and then explain why I still have no fibre, oh wait you won't be able to do that either!!
Do not use them. The staff steal. My centre console was completely upside down and all them money I keep for tipping was gone, only the 20c's left. When I called the owner Henco - his response was "Oh no thats not good" When asking what he is going to do, I was told I need to prove it. This is the second incedent with them. I thought I would give them a second chance but after this there is clearly a problem and the owner does not care. Do not use them!!
I would give a 0 rating. DO NOT USE ELITE SINGLES. They take your money and you get very limited searches on an app that does not function properly. Needs to be closed each time you want to view a new profile (which you are served VERY few of). Don't waste your time.
I ordered an item and the following day wanted to add another item. There was no where to amend and no information or anyone to speak to. Extremely frustrating!!!!! I cancelled the order as it showed it was still to be confirmed (a Sat morning) with the reason that I was placing a new order with another item. What a surprise when both orders were delivered to me and the 1st order collected again a few hours later. I have been refunded the item value but not the courier fee. It is not my fault your system is so hard to use. I finally managed to actually log a query and after an automated response where I said it does not help (it did not) I have heard nothing more. I want the courier fee refunded ASAP. Put an option to amend orders, very surprised you do not have this!
Would give a 0 here if I could. I travel internationally often and have used Air-O-Car everytime but after the last few experiences, I will not use them again. The second last time I used them, my car stank of food which took me days to get the smell out, I wanted to vomit when I was given my car. I contacted Henco who acknowledged he was one of the owners so I sent him my concern and never heard back from him, sent a few follow ups and then gave up. I thought I would give them one more chance and used them for my last trip but when I was given my car back yesterday I notice my cell phone charger plugged in, and it is the old one that I no longer use (there are 2 in my centre consol). I then had a look in my consol and everything was upside down, I am OCD so this is always in order. I have again gone through to Henco and no reply! I will not use them again and sadly as I work for a travel company they have now lost a lot of revenue from our clients and our employees. What exactly do their staff do with our cars?
A -5 if the option was there! Telkom are thieves, do NOT use them! No internet for over 3 days now, logged fault completely ignored! 2 separate 2 hour long calls to Telkom, both unable to resolve the issue and both promising to call me back... guess what... NOTHING!!! So who pays for the phone call costs and lost revenue from not being able to work??? Fix my line or refund me you utterly incompetent company thieves!!
I bought a dress, exchanged it within 2 weeks, then bought a second more expensive dress and wanted to return the first dress. YDE was completely unwavering even though their policy says Returns & exchanges. I contacted customer service and was told I would have a call back in 3 to 4 days at most... what a surprise, not a word from YDE. Are you going to actually deliver on your customer service YDE? Or continue to drop your credibility in the market?
Unable to log a fault this whole week, intermittent to NO internet access at all hours. What is the problem and when will you have your business in order to provide the service paid for?
