SOOOOOOOOO WHERE DO WE START SO MY SISTER GOT A CAR FROM WEELEE A RENAUKT KWID SHE WAS SO UNHAPPY WITH THE CAR THEY SOLD HER AND KEPT ON FIXING THING UNTIL WE CAN NO MORE WE MADE A APPOINTMENT WIT CORNE DE LANGE WHAT A JOKE WE WENT THERE SEND HIM A LIST OF 5 KARS WE WANT TO HAVE A LOOK AT WEN WE GOT THERE THERE WAS ONLY TWO OF THE 5 THERE FOR US TO HAVE A LOOK AT SO WE LOOKED A A FORD FIESTA WHAT A NICE CA THE BACK BUMPER WAS DAMAGED AND THE CARS WINDSSCREEN WAS DAMAGED CORNE PROMISED US THE CAR WILL BE FIXED AND THE WINDSCREEN IF SHE SENDS IT BACK THE CAR WAS THEM FOR 22 DAYS AND THEY PROMISED A WEEK BUT ANY WAY THEY FIXED EVERYTING BUT NOT THE WINDSCREEN AFTER CALLING THEM EVERY DAY PROMISE ON PROMISE WE GOT THE CAR BACK NOW ITS 4 WEEKS LATER THE WINDSCREEN IS STILL NOT FIXED THEY ARE MAKING PROMIS ON PROMIS AGAIN NOW IF WE ASK THE FAMOUSE COR NE THE LANGE HE GETS A BAD ATTITUDE AND SAIS THEY ARE FIXING THE WINSCREEN NEXT WEEK AS ITS OUT OF STOCK AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER HASE TO PAY FOR IT OKY CORNE NICE NOT DOING BUSNIS AGAIN WITH YOU AND WEELEE PLEASE DONT WAST YOUR TIME WITH CORNE OR THE FNI LADYS O JA AND JONATHAN THEY ARE BAD FOR WEELEE REGARDS
on the 1ste of May me and my wife went to we bay cars at the DOME.... we went to have a look at a caravan at the Dome Branche and was helped by Okert after waiting 4 ours he was up and down helping people in between we said we will take the caravan he said he will help us we need to go to the coffee shop they have we will do everything over there after calling him over 10 times to say we want to do everything as we want to go home as the day is past and we have been waiting there for more then 5 ours he came there and helped us but was on his phone the whole time as well with his brother in-law that was working with him HE INFORMED US THERE IS A R1950-00 FEE TO PAY FOR REGESTRASION AND LICENSING.... Do we want to pay it so WE BAY CARS can do it for us ore do we want to do it our self so we said no please do it as we do not have the time to do it TO ADD TO THAT THEY LOST THE KEY OF THE CARVAN AS WELL TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO FIX IT AFTER I CALED THEM EVERY DAY then the next challenge was to get the papers as we Paid Cash he told us 7 working days it took them 3 weeks got the papers just to see they HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING EGESTRASION AND NOOOOOOOOO LICENSING WAS DONE called okert on the 1ste of June he told me today is my last day at we bay cars he will send me his managers number Willie Willie I got hold of 3 days later after calling the head office for help and telling them okert gave me his number he does not pick up any calls now they get back to me telling me okert was wrong they do not do anything its on they buyers account do do so and SORRY if I do need anything ells I must just give them a call thank you I paid for it to be done and the sales person agreed with us just to find out i need to pay R1500 now extra do do so man up to your sales persons mistakes
So I have a hollard policy on my wesbank account for my Car and with the covid-19 going on is sent them my paper work of lost of income so they can help my pay the account for 3 month’s just to hear back after calling a them that sorry it onlay works if you lose your job ore retrenched Don’t bother emailing them it dash not work no replay to you from them I will never ever take a policy with them again but its okay if they get the payment every month
So me and my wife went on to lekker slaap to have a look at places in scottbure for december for our holiday Got a nice place that was on there website for the amount of R 925.00 and we dit a inquiry on the unit we like from the 25 until the 1 ste of jan 2021 All happy Dominique got back tonus with a email to say the price is a lot more then the price we got and that they dit not update the price and they are sorry but the price went up from R 925,00 to R 1800-00 per day So i sent her a email to say sorry but thats not the price we hade a look at and the price is not the same that she gave me now as the website she just sent me a email back with 5% discount And a response saying we gave you a bit of discount Yes you dit but not the price i hade a look at ont he website So a lot of emails later still no feed back from Dominique withe my emails sent to her ti get the price n saw and not the price they gave me It was not my fold they hade the prices wrong and never updated it I will not be recommending lekker slaap to any one until this matter haze been fixed
so I have been a client for teljoy for longer than a year now and never had a problem now when i want to apply for a camera they say I have to wait for 5 mounts so they can see how I pay my account that not fair to me as a client if you can see on my profile my account was never not paid so not happy with them if I pay my account why not just give me the items I I’m looking for I pay for it not you if this goes on you will be losing a client soon and i will not revert client to you
So i have been a client of teljoy for over a year now I hade a Samsung tv and went on there website to see the have a skyworth tv ons special so i asked about the tv and thapelo helped me get the tv before deliver i told thapelo if the tv is not gr8 please take it back he said yes its fine because they need to install it for me so delivery was done i set up my skyworth tv just to see the tv is not good at all so a week later i told them is not a good tv please please give me a Samsung again i will pay more its fine just to have a better tv so then they say i must pay a R 500-00 pee because I'm canceling tv unit i said I'm not canceling I'm upgrading There is no part in the contract that says if you upgrade you must pay it says if you can upgrade ore downgrade at any moment not pay a fee i caked in two sats ago and explained this story to the teem-leader/ manager in the accounts department and the lady there was so rude to me and said i must pay the prorate amount and and after i told her about my chat with tapelo se just kept on being rude to me One more thing i payed my skyworth a day before the upgrade then i was told to pay a prorate amount then told thapelo please arrange for them to take that amount for that and he said he will get it done until today no phone calk from him
so I applied online for a ford kuga 3 days later a Bianca from midstream called me to sat she needs all my paper work I then sent her all the paper work then 2 days later she emails me to say MFC will help me with car finance but not on the kuga so i then start sending het pictures of what i want going back and forward after a week I got I Volkswagen tiguan I wanted as MFC can only lode my shortfall of my car on top of the tiguan amount the mfc approved the tiguan deal just to hear from François the sales person Bianca was not allowed to load the tiguan for finance now then i said okay let me look at the Suzuki grand vitara and François se yes that can work just to find out this morning that they will not be able to help me as the director ore someone das not want to sign the deal of on the vitara and they cannot help me now so I emailed Bianca to say that bad survive just to get a email back to say sorry it I did not check all the details of the tiguan not happy at all we buy cars will never see me again and i will not sent any one there
My gave telkom a call several times and then the staf in the phone is not even that helpful We called to cancel our Debit order on our account as we want to do EFR every month Your staff is rude and unhelpful in this way as they say they can not help us it must be paid 10 days before they will even think about skipping the debit order Thank you for treating me like **** as a loyal custemer
