Do not use Fairbridge Wertheim & Becker

We used this firm for the transfer of our new property, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. They failed to provide even the most basic property information we requested from the seller, forcing us — the buyers — to do all the legwork just to keep the process moving. Despite their complete lack of effort, they still had the audacity to send us an exorbitant bill. To make matters worse, they are now actively helping the seller evade responsibility for multiple serious, undisclosed defects. This firm’s behaviour has been blatantly dishonest, unprofessional, and *********. Avoid them at all costs — they appear to align themselves with equally ************ clients.

Do not trust Pam Golding Properties

We purchased a home through Pam Golding Properties in Blairgowrie, Randburg, and our experience was deeply disappointing. The agency was unhelpful, failing to provide even basic information about the property. Worse still, they aided the seller in avoiding responsibility for multiple serious, undisclosed defects. Their conduct has been dishonest, unprofessional, and *********. It’s clear that Pam Golding Properties aligns itself with ************ clients, showing little regard for integrity or buyer protection. Avoid this firm at all costs. In particular, beware of the agent, Chellan Paige — she displayed a shocking lack of competence and professionalism throughout the process

Consider carefully before signing with Renewtech

The consultants are generally helpful. However, SAVM only have 2 preferred suppliers for Wheels and Mags in Johannesburg. In my case, I could not get hold of the 1 supplier (they are listed as temporarily closed on Google) and the 2nd supplier could not provide the service I needed completely. I informed SAVM of this and they insisted that I use either one of these suppliers. In other words, they refused to acknowledge the issue. I recommended that I use one of their other preferred suppliers for dents and scratches since they also fix rims at roughly the same price as their preferred Wheels and Mags suppliers. Again, they refused and advised that I could use the dent repairer on condition that I sign a warranty waiver. This is unreasonable given that their preferred providers cannot assist fully. Why should I waiver my warranty because they choose to work with a provider who offers only 70% of the service? Therefore, I highly recommend that you research and consider all other available options before signing on to SAVM or RenewTech. They were not very negotiable in times of difficulty.

Vodacom is ****ming me!

DO NOT SUPPORT VODACOM IN GENERAL!!! I cancelled a contract a few months ago and they refused to cancel it. The cancellations department "migrated" the number and still continue to charge me R30 or so a month calling it a "red zero". Imagine if they *******ly charge 1000 people R30 a month? I called again to query and the Vodacom consultants "can't hear me". What a coincidence. Vodacom is running a **** operation here and the tactics they use to trick customers is outright *******. P.S. Watch how they post some generic message about client services in response to this post. They may even pretend as though I am not their client. If anyone has experienced something similar, please contact me. I will be taking legal action and the more similar cases we have, the better. Vodacom has many dirty tricks up their sleeves and are robbing innocent South Africans daily. This needs to end!!!

Don't use the game online store!

Ordered and paid for 2 backpacks. 1 was delivered. The call centre could not assist with details regarding the second backpack or refund. Unacceptable! Don't use the game online store!
