Our experience was horrific! As we sat in the plane we were told that we needed to wait as they were refueling-there was no air/aircon and some passengers literally wanted to pass out. Then when we finally thought we were taking off the plane had an error and had to be reset!!! And we were told by the crew that they had never done this before-it was a first. On our return flight we could not check our baggae in as they were busy with maintenance on the baggage belt-we could thus not spend time in the Slow Lounge and we had to sit and wait for 3 hours as the time between booking out at the gusets house at 10 and able to check in at the airport was so far apart. We flew down for a funeral and the unexpected costs did not allow us budget for food etc thus the need to use our FNB priveledge in the lounge which was denied due to this incompetence/lack of caring/ lack of cutomer service etc. The lady at the check-in and the support window were both very rude and not helpful at all!!!! Will never use this airline again and will make sure to tell everybody about it. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!
After a harrowing negative experience and review of CELL C, POTCHEFSTROOM, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received last weekend from a young lady called Ashley. She assisted me and kept her promise of following up on email. She also confirmed receiving my mails and I have received an SMS to say that my problem is being attended to. WELL DONE ASHLEY.
I have been making use of this garden refuse removal service for about a year and during this time it was necessary for me on several occasions to phone and complain to the owner regarding the lack of service. I have an AIRBNB and cannot afford to have stinking refuse at my gat for weeks on end, yet we are paying for a service.
Cell C in the mall in Potchefstroom hands down receives the award for being rude, not helpfull at all and always sends away customers with zero customer satisfaction. I have been a CELL C client for 17 years and that was because of the excellent service we always received from them in BRITS. Since moving to Potchefstroom I have not been impressed even once and decided after one of my encounters of dissatisfaction to even purchase my daughter's new I-PHONE from Vodacom and NOT FROM CELL C!!
Today I was pleasantly surprised by a young man and his assistant who gave up his time to assist us to get 6 kittens out of the roof. They were stuck in the ventilation shaft. He was dirty and hot and kept his cool and patience throughout the process. Bravo!!
I have tried to report kittens in need at three different branches namely: Stilfontein ,Klerksdorp and the NSPCA in Joburg. In Stilfontein they do not deal with cats, Klerksdorp does not have a stepladder and the NSPCA IN JOBURG, cannot assist if we, the company with the kittens in the roof, are unable to give Klerksdorp a stepladder. In the meanwhile the kittens are crying and scratching the ceiling for the past 3 days...................why ask the public for donations etc if you in actual fact don't care a damn!!
My daughter is still en-route to Cape Town as we speak in a less than standard/below standard substitute bus because the INTERCAPE SLEEPLINER that I paid for broke down and they had to sit stranded in the middle of the night for four hours in the dark next to the road. This means they will be 5 hours late to their destination and the transport arranged to collect her from the station had to be inconvenienced. I did not give her enough food or water for this delay and she was travelling on a very tight budget with very little cash. I am REALLY upset because we were not even informed by the bus company and when I phoned them(and used up all my airtime while listening to "bus" music) the lady on the other end was rude and not at all perturbed or apologetic!!!
Excellent service! Love being with them.........have been for many years. GREAT TEAM of people(ladies). Very competent.
I am fed-up with complaining and trying to contact this business owner. I paid money into her account for a product that was never delivered to me............worst of all it was meant for my daughter's birthday. NOW SHE IS IGNORING my messages and emails.
