I was placed voluntarily under debt review in 2017 through Debt Busters. Since then, approximately 99% of my accounts have been paid up and settled. The remaining accounts are extremely old. Some of the original credit providers can no longer locate my accounts on their systems, as the debts were sold to third-party companies years ago. One of the accounts has prescribed, and another was sold to a third party, making it impossible to obtain a paid-up letter. Despite this, Debt Busters refuses to assist me or issue a clearance, insisting that I must provide paid-up letters for accounts that: no longer exist with the original institutions, have prescribed, or were sold to third parties who cannot provide documentation. This expectation is unreasonable and impractical, especially given the age of the debt and the fact that the majority of accounts are fully settled. As a result of this ongoing issue: I remain stuck under debt review unfairly, our house was sold, and there are now problems at the attorneys’ offices with deregistering the property from our names, causing further stress and delays. I believe I have done everything reasonably expected of me as a consumer, yet I am being blocked by administrative red tape. If this matter cannot be resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). I am requesting that Debt Busters: Apply the correct legal process for prescribed and untraceable debts, and Assist me in finalising and exiting debt review without demanding impossible documentation.
So, i am still waiting for this account to be removed from my credit profile?? I have received the letter yes, but it has not been updated on my credit profile
yet another complaint. Capitec has contacted me to say I have no accounts with them anymore. I requested a letter to say the account has been closed, but it has been more than 2 weeks and i am still waiting for that letter. and also it has not been updated on my credit report.
since I have complained about Capitec on the 10th April. Still have not received any communication about my complaint. You have sold an prescribed account to shakleton.This account has been listed 3 times. twice with Shackleton and once capitec?

Capitec can you please assist with getting this removed. when i phone i am being transferred from one person to another. You also sold this account to Shackleton as per my understanding, and yet again now it is reflecting twice for the same account, this is *******: As per The Transunion report the account number is 1400**** According to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, a debt is prescribed
According to my Credit Report there is a loan that has been opened 2016. Please remove this from my credit profile, it's been 9 years, and this debt is prescribed. According to transunion the acc nr listed is 40005***** The Prescription Act 68 of 1969

This is now the 3rd month I am trying to get Nedbank Home loans to sort out our account, which they state is in arrears, but telephonically they do say it is not in arrears, I DO NOT understand Nedbank, please sort out this problem, this is effecting my credit score, and I can not state how frustrating this is to phone you, and YET. still not sorted
We went on holiday to Ballito and rent through Cyberview Letting. Paid R3500 per day to live in The Grange nr 2. I am so upset for what we got. We always go To Ballito, and I know more or less what I am paying for, judging on Photos & Information about the units supplied. When we arrived at the unit, we got to a dirty appartment, old food in the one room, The stove did not work, broken windows, No Trellidors as mentioned in the description, 3 safes in the cupboard not one working, Dirty Shower Doors ect.... I had to complain to get these things fixed. My point is, that I will not use Cyberview again, Your descriptions about your units, and your photographs on your website is misleading. The price you charged for this unit is ridiculous. YOu say cleaning service is daily included in rental? what cleaning, only mopping floors and taking out the carpets hanging them on the balcony and taking out a black bag? sO SO SO DISSAPOINTED! Last booking I have made through your company.....
Dear Standardbank I do not have an account with you. Please ask Lynne Maine attorneys to stop contacting me. I have request numerous times off proof off this account, wich untill today i have not received. I had an account with STB more than 7 years ago, and now after all this time you want to tell me that I owe you money?? money For????? According to my knowledge, Debt perscribes after 3 years? still dont know what money according to you I owe, also I HAVE NEVER HAD A PHONE CALL FROM STANDARDBANK, only from this Lynne Maine attorneys Why will you be contacting me after all this time?
