Deducts R1000 from my account but only invests R500 into my fund. Not sure where the other R500 is going too. Agent i called does not know either.

Poor service
I have investments with Allan Gray and 10x. By direct comparison Allan Gray is far ahead in terms of customer services. 10X dont value clients. I enquired about something on my portfolio. Today is day 5 no feedback numerous follow ups begging for feedback.

We received excellent service from Charl Fourie at Ooba homeloans We are super grateful for his professionalism throughout this process. He handled this process as if it was his own. He was on the ball with everything regarding our homeloan He displayed true ownership, dedication and commitment. His work ethic definitely sets the bar high on how customers should be treated.

Worse service ever
I dont even know why retailers use this courier company. Service is beyond pathetic!!! I dont even know how they still in business. No one bothers to answer telephone lines. Please guys never ever use Dawn Wing.
