It's been 7 years awaiting for a claim to be processed. Each time I write an email enquiring about it I get response that they waiting for a court date. This is really unacceptable Miway insurance. I've bee patient enough for this claim.
What disgusting service from this place managed by IHSPM, even their caretaker is useless. Every month there is power outages when you call the caretaker its either she does not respond to calls or will say she doesn't what's the problem. The one time almost everything got rotten due to power outages for the whole weekend. This is nuisance really. We pay rent for such ******* services.
The apartments in Edenvale 67th on 7th has been without electricity for the past two days and the keep on making empty promises that they are working on the issue of electricity to be turned on. Some families have babies here and they are expected to stay in these apartments that is without electricity for the past two days
I very disappointed with the service we are getting at remote metering solutions. You call in at the customer service they don't help with anything they are just useless. You send an email in still you don't get any response. Remote metering solutions is really pathetic. My account was over billed from 23 July 2021to 25 July 2021, the reason I noticed this its because I was away over those days but I was billed ridiculously. I'm starting to think that their billed is just a guess work. They just guess on how they going to bill accounts.
The staff at McDonald's Edenvale in Van Riebeeck avenue are so rude when I went there to purchase something to eat I had to wait 15 minutes when i drove to the window where you do your payment. The lady by the name of Akhona told me i must go back when i tried to explain to her that i have been waiting and wasn't getting any help she started shouting at me telling me that i must do what she say or leave her alone. Since she was rude towards me i drove away. The staff need to be disciplined because they became very rude when you are coming to order at night.
MiWay is a scam. After submitting all requested documents up until today they haven't responded. I'm really disappointed, all the tell me is i must wait for the third party that collided with me when i had an accident. My question is was I covered by the party or Miway insurance. I have no contract with 3rd party. My insurance contract was with Miway not the 3rd Party. So can you please process the claim. Its been 3 years now waiting for Miway to pay out. Last communication was September 2018 with Khutso Molawa ever since then i haven't been updated with anything.
I applied for account at Ackermans. Received sms that my account was approved my take my ID with to activate the account. I did that, the lady that was assisting me asked if I can purchase something to see if it was successful. As I did tried to pay the lady at till tells me the account is blocked, she then called the customer care to find out why its blocked. She was told it's blocked because they didn't get the ID copy. Fine we sent the ID copy. 15 minutes later. The lady assisting me call again the customer care she was told that there is no ID copy. Now the second time she send it. 15 minutes later she tries the customer care. Now she was told that the proof of income wasn't received. So my question was how do you approve account without proof of income and ID. Ackermans is a big joke. I sent all documents when applying then later I'm told they were not received. Call Centre agents are rude as well.
In November 2017 I submitted a claim, the advisor name was Khutso. The last time he contacted me or updated my was in September 2018. Up until today I haven't heard anything from mimay. I'm really not happy with the service from them it's really bad.
