I had my car towed by Lacoste Towlines, my wife was using the vehicle and was there when it was towed. When I had arrived back from work, the hook that was used to tow the vehicle that was attached to the front was just left there, no thought of putting everything the way they found it. I have called more than five times for it to be sorted out and still nothing has been done!
Staff are rude and don't want to serve customers. I made 3 different orders and the staff told me why you ordering 3 different orders when I went for the second time Nosipho refused to serve and asked another attendant. She even complained that if I order the 4th time she won't help at all. Clearly she should rather work elsewhere as she doesn't want to serve McDonald's customers.
I ordered a pizza on 31st of January 2018 we waited over 30 minutes our pizza then after eating it we got food poisoning both my wife and I, I was vomiting and I had not eaten anything else that day
I was informed late about an early debit notice, on the 28th of December they sent an sms that they debiting my account on the 29th now they want to make me pay an extra 200 for a debit that didn't go through when my account is debited on the 1st of the month. How can you inform someone less than 12 hours before debiting.
<p>I purchased a vechile that is on finance the deal is 999 a month and was told they give you a lump sum for the year and from the 18 April 2017 have not received, furthermore I have had a problem with the throttle body since the day I received the car and took it in to get assess got told they waiting for parts and this has been almost a Month waiting. I just want to leave the car with imperial and cancel this contract because no one there cares.</p>

<p>I spoke to a call centre agent over a week ago received my phone Huawei nova and did what I needed to do call the call centre for activation got told to wait between 48-78 hours which I have and still I'm not activated when I received the phone Monday the 10th now the 14th I can't get help from telkom mobile and pick n pay won't rica telkom mobile in Springfield or Musgrave Durban</p>
