hi there i ahve reached to vuse twice already. i bought multiple pendevices, now its discontinued after they stopped charging, money back-NO.... thenswitch to the new Vuse GO.. bought 3 now, wont charge..checkers wont give my money back and Vuse saw go to vuse kiosk or store, i am working 8-5 where do i get the time.. almost R1000 waisted, no will hav eto switch.. and weird thing i am a sucker keep on buying think maybe next time it will work.. really vuse??
since i took out the contract for a router i have been experiecing connectivity issues, call and then get through people working from hom ewith kids shouting in the backgreound, they are deducting money but i have no internet.. keep escalating and nobody calls me back so fed up

hi there, i have Sanlam Gap cover and i have been trying over 3 weeks to submit a claim, i called e-mailed no response, i received a call from Kaello, which explained they stopped administering claim this year and Sanlam now do their own claim as from 2025... they were quick to get bussiness but they customer service is SOOO Badd!! can someone please get back to me!!

hi there, really disappointed. in the beginning snatcher used to be very professional and "on it" lately their customer service has slacked so much that i will never by from them again. I am still waiting on my order BUT no feedback and when they respond its always 7-10 working and there has been no movement on my order.. its still in progress and its day 11wow guys really, in order to keep your customers you need to be in communication with your customers. Please can i have an update as its was meant to be a birthday gift for 23 Nov. BUT i guess i will have to go and purchase something else now. please can someone check up on my order? no is 330868
I was dealing with Owen Mathebula since enquiring to switch Medical aids. He has been the best, knowledgeable, empathetic and has a Great energy as well as well spoken. I will rate his service 10 out 10, but :) will settle for the 5 stars. Owen, keep being passionate bout what you do. Fedhealth should really promote good service and THE BEST I have had in a LONG time. Keep up the great work. I hope FEDHEALTH and WELLWORX see this message and pass it on the Owen. Keep it up.

Dinette was very empathetic and understanding i almost cancelled my policy but she halo me stay . She is a real asset to your company🙌🙌🙌
Service slacking- 1st order was great, but then i had to follow up on all orders in order to get response. The frustrating part is there is 1 mail and no contact number or no call backs..
