1)When i rented out the unit as stated in my contract. I was due to take up occupation from the 1st of November 2024, /which i paid the full rental amount, full deposit, service fees, contract fees. But i never took occupation of the unit because the tenant was still occupying the unit. Andre advised me to seek another accommodation in the interim and said he would re-imburse me for those days that I had booked for. I only took up occupation to Unit A14 Forest Place on the 6th of November 2024 but only received the keys on the afternoon of the 5th November 2024. The accommodation that i had checked into through his advice was that i should book until the 5th of November 2024 and that the unit will be available on the 6th of November 2024. I recently terminated my rental with him by means of writing an email and informing him personally and i had served my 2 months notice as well but todate i was not refunded what is due to me because i can not pay rent for a full month and then on stay in the property for less than what I had paid for. 2) Upon recharging the water credit it has came to my attention that the unit owed services due to non payments. So when i was about to recharge the water it prompted me to pay arrears before i could get any water because of the outstanding balance of R1093.93. When i called the Municipality|PEC i was advised that the last water purchase was done in June 2024, which i then paid R1100 because i had ran out of water. When i informed him he told me that, he will call the municipality, when I kept reminding him he kept on saying he will give me feedback. 3)The unit at hand, had a geyser leak every-time the water was hot to a point whereby the only option was to switch the geyser in and off from the main switch-board. I reported that to him and he did not fix it nor care as to how frustrating it was for me to wake up and switch on the geyser everyday. The water spilled to a point whereby the kitchen unit got damaged. He only send through the plumbers recently because it was time for me to renew the contract and i said to him how can i renew my contract if you haven't sorted out all the issue that I had tabled out for you. I also called the Office to lay a complain but the since went quiet, so I take it that they are protecting him. I want my refund for the non-occupation days and I want the refund for the arrears that weren't caused buy me because i can not be liable for services that weren't rendered to me because i only took occupation on the 6th of November 2024. He must be taken to task and write an apology for undermining me and not treating me with respect as if he was doing me a favour and i was a paying client. There is no month that i had skipped paying rent nor made arrangements for rent nor paying the deposit.

There is a refund that is due to me after the vehicle was settled, full amount. It's been a week and they are taking me from pillar to post for what's due to me and i have to call using my airtime to fight for what's due to me. I am disappointed to the treatment i am getting from ABSA but if this was a VIP client like Mr. Motsepe and Mr. Rupert, they are not subjected to such treatment but it's okay to treat an individual like me this way. That's why i opted to Standard Bank due to this ill treatment by ABSA ****** bank
Who ever gets this message let it be known that i am very much disappointed and very much disgruntled as i have recently ported to vodacom and till to date my sim card is not working properly and however my simcard is a contract sim but i am not receiving the services that i should be paying for. It has been almost a month into joining vodacom and i am not receiving calls, sms, otp's not even a mere please call me comes through. i have called the custercare line 10 times, went to the vodacom store twice already and my issue hasn't been resolved. I missed interview opportunities due to the fact that the sim card that was confirmed to be 100% fully function which is not deprived me all the opportunities. I am un able to access my banking facility due to the fact that i need to authenticate via phonecalls and otp's which the simcard does not receieve both call nor sms. I am formally lodging a complain to please cancel the contract with the sim and please terminate my services on any ties that i and vodacom have because i have suffered a lot while been told that a new service request has been create ever since the 25th of June 2025 and it's today the 21st of July 2025. I am not happy and i wish to cancel whatever connection or relationship that i have with Vodacom with immediate effect. Please take this a matter of urgency and now that i am very much disappointed and disgruntled to the last degree!!!!!!!!!!!! N.J Masango
They phoned me when my vehicle battery was being installed
I resigned on the 1st of October 2024 and served my noticed for the entire month and my last working day was on the 31st of October 2024. However, to date my pension money that I had claimed hasn't been processed as yet after all I had requested to withdraw all of it. I do not understand what is the hold up because I had not claimed anything not even the 2port option as I do not qualify. No communication whatsoever from GEPF\GPAA as to what might delay the process. It's disappointing that GEPF made sure to deduct the pension money without fail, but yet they are failing to do their due diligence. Is for GEPF to pay what's due to me, because I should not be asking or thumb-sucking for what belongs to me. Take note that this is an escalation that requires attention.
All they do all day is transfer you to the next person to the next person the entire. Not taken serious as i had requested to get a paid up letter. Requested an escalation told the manager is aware but i am not given any proof he is informed or the matter has been lodged.
Taken for a ride just to get a paid up letter. Told the manager is working from home when i try to escalate the matter. Call centre agents don’t take such matters serious!!!
Service is bad, call center agents are making a mockery of the situation at hand. They transfer your call center agent to agent, i have been confirming my account details for more than 52min. They are busy debiting my account where else im no more using their services and causing charges onto my private account. Services is unacceptable bad. You have no sense of care and your stuff is unprofessional lacks ethics.
