Terrible service
Had a very bad experience this morning. I wanted to take my mom and dad for breakfast, because it was my mom's birthday. My mom is a vegetarian. There was only one breakfast dish for her to choose from that's why I asked the waitress to find out if my mom can have the waffle with haloumi cheese. Not a difficult dish to make, I'm sure?????? The manager said that they can not make this for us, because the waffles are precooked. He said they freeze the waffles and then heat it up in the microwave. FROZEN waffles?????? Not made freshl?????. This is very bad!!!!!!! Afterwards you put on the extras......isn't it???? So just to put haloumi cheese on the frozen waffle isn't that hard?????????? Moses, the manager, was very rude. When we said we'll go somewhere else, he just turned around and walked away.

Police at Station of no HELP!!
I wish I can give NO RATING!!!! Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!!! Standing in line for 45 min after 4 persons skipped the line and the officers did nothing to stop them!!! And when I got in front the officer were RUDE and of NO HELP at all. Told me I have to go to Kempton Park Police Station to make an affidavit to get claim number for my insurance. Not that complicated AT ALL, is it??????? The officer complained, because we use the smaller Police Stations instead and they have to assist all the people standing in the queue. Is this not REDICILOUS???? Don't we all have a job and get paid for it??? Is the Police not there to assist all community members?????????????

Pathetic service
Bought an inverter Dec 2021. First of all the salesman couldn't tell me how it works and what battery to buy. They told me I have a 12 months guarantee. After 2 months the inverter broke. I took it in and they send it to be repaired. Gert, the repair man said the inverters are "China ****!" Gert was also rude, whenever you get a hold of him, he throws the phone down without talking to you. When I received it back, they gave me a very old one, full of scratches. After 4 months the inverter broke again. When I took it back, they said the guarantee is only 6 months now and they are not going to repair it. They also didn't want to give my broken inverter back to me. They also removed all those inverters in their shop. To many come backs, they said. All I can say: rather go to builders warehouse and don't trust anything Norkem Hardware tells you. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mondo bad service
I bought a wireless mifi device through Mondo. The terms and conditions state that activation will take 24 - 48 hours after delivery. My device was delivered on Monday afternoon. It's Friday today, and still my device is not been activated. I called 3 times and each time they say there is a technical error and they will attend to the problem asap. Yesterday morning they said they will activate my device manually. AND STILL NO ACTIVATION. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide!!!!!!! Please think twice before you buy anything through MONDO

Pathetic service
All I can say: "Pathetic service" I've cancelled my landline 17 March 2020. I've received confirmation, after numerous email, that my line has been cancelled. They have also let me know that I have a credit and that they will pay me back as soon as they received my bank details and ID number. From confirmation up until today, I have received no payment. Every time someone new answers my emails and demand my ID and Bank details. How many times do you want me to send my information????? VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AT THE END OF EACH MONTH, BUT THEY ARE VERY SLOW IN PAYING YOU BACK THE MONEY THEY OWN YOU!!!!!!! It's now another month, and NO RESPONSE!!!! Pathetic!!!!!! My next step will be to contact my lawyers. STAY AWAY FORM DOING BUSINESS WITH TELKOM!!!
