I bought ESET Ultimate and was supposed to receive a confirmation email to effect all functionalities. I called ESET SA and they said it was an ESET .com issue which I had a eChat with and they said it was a SA issue. I emailed ESET SA and received the following ID 253151. This was yesterday 20220609 It is now the next day and no response.
Why does it take 2 weeks to renew a contract on the following number 0838249099
I went to MTN Hartbee****rt on Wednesday 27 October about 10:00, provided all the required documentation. I was informed that Mpo, the lady assisting me does not know which internet browser to use to log onto the system. The rest of the staff was not helpful at all. I was informed that she will do the contract renewal on the number ending with 9099 that day. It did not happen. I called the afternoon and a gentleman informed me that Mpo will follow up with me on Wednesday before the end of the business day. This did not happen. I logged a complaint Sunday about 16:00 I called this morning at 09:00 to follow up the call I logged. I was informed that there is 16 hours left before a technician would call me. It is midday now this means If I do not receive a call before 5pm, it will stand over to tomorrow Then we going for 36 hours and there we go. I use internet to gain an income.
I took this item to Makro and after about a week they informed me it was repaired. picked up the item and it worked for about 5 squirts and then stopped working again. I set out my whole day to work with the cleaner. Please NOTE I did my part and took it to Makro Centurion. Do not ask me to do it again. I did my part. I want to give it back irrespective of Makro’s conditions as I already complied and took the item to them.
I should have received my parcel on 28 June. It was impossible to make contact with them. On 30 May I received the following inbox Hi Cas, Kindfl6y be advised that the item was canceled due to the supplier being out of stock. Kindly be advised that the previous seller was Axiz (Computers) and is now being sold by Expertise at a different price. Please note that sellers decide on their own pricing. They paid my money back. On 39 May that same item was again on the website for R300 more. I informed them, and they reversed the transaction and scheduled delivery 3 June. It is 10 June and Takealot is still under the radar. I sent 3 emails yesterday, and is now ignored for 24 hours, This notwithstanding the fact that I was promised to be updated on a regular basis
Order #72649931 With this order Takealot is playing cat and mouse since 18 May 2020. The parcel is scheduled for today 3 June and they are escalating. Super poor service
I bought a Dell KM636 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse I received the following email: Our supplier has notified us that they no longer have stock of the following item(s) in your order. We've therefore unfortunately had to cancel the item(s) from your order. This is not correct the item is still on their website, but at R999 instead of the R599 which was their offer price.
