Bad services, I Accidently put 2000 instead if 200 and they are telling it is gonna take 4weeks to refund, yet they are billing me R13 A DAY on the amount that is in this meter, what **** is this i have provided all information they needed for the refund but they are placing this on a far date so they can take all my money
Unimet ,I paid the incorrect amount to unimet and called for in assistance with refund the amount was is all I am left with and i have kids i wanted to make payment of 200 for water and not 2000 now Unimet refuses to make a refund to my account for the money that i have paid, How will i live the whole month with 3kids , I have nothing in my account now , please help
This is thee most useless and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They have put me in a worse position than when I started with them.. Bad service bought a car from them and they gave me incorrect spare key, They now do not want to take any accountability of the claim but i bought the car from them. They are such crooks and worst mistake was but buying a car from them. The orignal key is lost and now i am stuck with no spare key .

I went to the Capitec bank in Mayfield and the consultant that assisted me was not clear as to what exactly would happen to my accounts after i told her that i have a problem with my main account the debits that keep going off, she the said she would assist me with a another account but I would need to go back the Friday, when i got back only to find all my kther accounts within my account was closed more so 😭😭😭this is an account i use to get paid now and my debits are going off and it's closed this is huge inconvenience and frustrating what i am gonna do now 8708210467080, 0814220490 please sort this out urgently
This is the worst experience since 2 weeks ago when i installed the tracker =, my trackers on both my vehicles are not update have not recived any passwords or user names , they have called non -stop but the service is still the same. Worst service so far I can forsee that really this company has a trend of bad serving clients based on reviews and my experience so far I've been over a month I've been waiting for a client profile to be created as I wanted to check my balance on my provident fund after a month of waiting I called Alexander forbers today the lady that assisted me says she is going help me and she then put me on hold for 2mins until I hung up.. I'm waiting for a payout on their end I can forsee alot of battles going forward if it takes over a month to create a client profile I'm sure it should take a year for my payout to clear
