I cancelled my insurance with them in early Dec 2024, however, they keep on trying to put through a debit order every month since and is blatantly harassing me, up to 8 calls in a three-hour space, everyday day after day!! They just don't stop! This has to be *******?
They are unable to maintain a service, their call centre staff is beyond rude, after 17 calls totalling approx 6 hours of my airtime, they still cant fix my internet that is not working, and is refusing to log a call with MetroFibre to come and investigate this issue. So after two weeks of upgrade, they are still making me pay for a line speed I don't have, and to resolve the issue they go on to totally break my network, and telling me nothing is wrong at their side so my network should be up, however I now have NO connectivity at all, and they continue to be beyond rude on the phone and refusing to log a ticket for assistance with METROFIBRE

I despise going to malls and shops and do ALL my shopping online, finally, there is a service that can give me the freedom to do all my shopping at different stores in one cart! Second time round PicknPay asap delivers my groceries with broken eggs in the parcel. Takes me three days to report this matter to them only to be asked " what would you like us to do? Send you a PROMO CODE ? " so now it is my decision, I accept the promo code just to get the matter resolved, I send them the photos of broken eggs, 7 out of a 18 pack tray, and my fresh vegetables, my other groceries and everything else full of broken raw egg. Their resolution to this,... a R10 promo code since they only now give a code pro rata the fact only " some" eggs are now unusable. So I am now waiting for them to let me know where I could shop and pay R10 for even a half of dozen of eggs.
They speak to you like they owe you a favor while expecting you to change payments to new bank accounts they cannot prove is theirs, They cannot supply proof of trust account for deposits they change contract stipulations without notifying you They are rude They are unethical They change contracts anyway they feel like They cannot manage an account in any way or form - basic accounting is above them They are property sharks out to syphon money off any unsuspecting victim.
Amazing service! Amazing staff Bought two vehicles from them already and even got my daughters to only want to drive Suzuki!
