Poor bad company who do not pay their employees in training and make false promises on telephonic interviews.
I have always paid my Rain account via EFT on their system. I have been unemployed and did not use Rain since December 2023. They kept on trying to take debit orders without my consent amounting to hundreds of rands on bank charges and further take double and triple debit orders when I do receive money. Worst service provider ever. I will expose them now to the media and take the matter to court.
They have not paid 11 staff their salaries for Dec 2023 and owed 6 staff outstanding salaries from Nov 2023 till current. The managing partner, Michal Gunzenhauser **** about money and staff were threatened. They also deduct PAYE/UIF but fails to pay it over to SARS. This is the worst company to work for as they do not pay their staff and attorneys earn below R20k pm despite having huge amounts of experience post articles.
Worst company to work for. Last 2 Recruiters lasted each 3 weeks. Staff overworked and higly stressed. Web/Graphic Designer, Marketing/Digital and Travel Consultants do not last. Very toxic environment
My fiber lines were installed on 8 April 2022 by frogfoot. Debit order went off. Since then I made numerous calls and connected with support on WhatsApp as my line is not working. In the beginning it only gave access to Google and YouTube. It does not connect to any backend apps or sites. Zero results from support. My parcel at the Benmore Postnet has been ready for collection for the past week and a few days. Come time for collection the Postnet system was offline for 3 days that then carried over into the next week- this obviously resulting in a MAJOR inconvenience for me as the parcel I am awaiting is quite urgent. Worse off the HO/Customer Care line just stays on ring and of course my email has not been attended to. Today being the 24-04-2019 makes it about a week & the system is still offline at Benmore and the phone just rings. Now my parcel cannot be released and being held hostage because not one person there or at HO cares enough to help or put me - the customer at ease.
<p>I worked for Cash Is King and was eventually victimised as the Bus Manager Thenjiwe Balano accused me of being after her job. - See my below grievance to them"......</p> <p>I am miserably unhappy and my health is suffering severely due to the following:</p> <p>1. The long hours that I work causes me to suffer from a lack of sleep and concentration - e.g. on Mon, 3 April I left work at<br />22h35, Tues 4 April at 20h00 and Wed, 5 April at 20h54. This is just 3 nights however only a few times did I leave work at 17h00 or before 18h00. I only once left at 15hoo.<br />2. Since I started working at CIK I gave my best according to the job I was given to do. Recently on a Sunday (2 April at 12h38) you called me to tell me how happy you are with my work. The day after that - last Monday you started treating me very badly, insulting me on a daily basis in front of staff and last Friday humiliated me in the presence of a branch manager (Herman). <br />3. On a daily basis you increase my wordload (e.g. by taking over Susan's HR work , more reports and responsibilities) and at the same time treat me with utmost disrespect and causes me to be in tears every day. I suffer from anxiety and battle to sleep at night, not to mention the lack of sleep I get from working long hours and getting home late.<br />4. On 27 March 2017 at 8h40 Thenji confronted me in my office, front of Susan, ex HR manager screaming at me the following :"you want me to fail; you are after my job.....if I tell Muli you are not good you will be out the door....you want my job". - Based on this again I feel threatened and since then felt very anxious and feel I am walking daily on egg shells. This is causing once again anxiety and sleeplessness with me.<br />5. On Friday, 7 April I asked Thenji can I please complete all my worksheets (branches/compliance etc) to be told - "no leave it". However when she prepared to go to the meeting with you I was asked for the sheets - I view this as a deliberate effort to prove me incompetent and feel violated by this action.<br />6. I asked a while back to leave the office at 15h00 on Friday, 7 April 2017 - at 14h40 Thenji gave me a project to do for Tshuki which took 2 hours. I left much later and had to ask my family (who also came from Cape Town) to change all their plans to accommodate me. Again I felt so violated and was very hurt by this action.<br />7. On Friday night 7 April I found out that I have been removed from all the groups without anyone giving me a reason for the removal. May I ask why I have been removed?</p> <p>I feel victimised, deeply hurt, sad and isolated.</p> <p>All of the above is affecting my work performance, lowers my morale, self esteem and confidence and as a result is causing me now to suffer from severe depression, anxiety and stress.</p> <p>In lieu of the above I wish to ask that you please assist me in resolving the above - may we have a meeting on 18 April 2017 as I need my job.</p> <p>N.B. See attached doctor's note for your attention.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people employ people - keep them for a short while and then fire them or pressure them so badly that they walk out and never come back - Thenjiwe also leads people into traps to get into trouble with the CEO as she feels threatened by strong managers - what a pathetic individual who constantly lies to the CEO. Poor CEO for not knowing what is going on. </p> <p> </p> <p>I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY APRIL SALARY - AT LEAST GOING TO CCMA ON 18 MAY 2017.</p>
