Why does Emperors Palace have hardly and 1c and 2c denomination machines. Casinos all.over the world have them. People want to have some fun but have to spend large amounts of money because most of Emperors Palace machines start at 5c denomination. It would be interesting to see what legislation is in place regarding this and the percentage payouts apply to casinos in South Africa. Maybe the Competitions Board should be informed.

What terrible service. On the phone with 1st for woman for 2 day. They put through an incorrect amount debit order which has now bounced. 2 mandates on my bank account both for the incorrect amount. And I can cancel them at my bank. Just spoke to the 12th person in 2 days and SHE PUT THE PHONE IN MY EAR. OVER 15 CALL BACK REQUESTS IGNORED AND SPEND OVER R200 IN CALLS!!!! READY TO GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY.

WORST SERVICE EVER CANT SIGN INTO THE APP. WHEN I TRY REGISTER IT SAYA IM ALREADY REGISTERED. WHEN I TRY SIGN IN. IT SAYS NO PROFILE FOUND. I HAVE REQUESTED NUMEROUS CALL BACKS. MY EMPLOYER CAN LOAD MY FORMS ON THE SYSTEM. NOBODY IS COMING BACK TO THEM EITHER. WHY WILL NOBODY ASSIST.
Just called FNB Call center was transferred to different people, when I complained to the last person they put the phone down in my ear. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT A CALL CENTRE. Eventually spoke to them and not very friendly or helpful you are a disgrace
This 5 star rating is for Vuyiswa Sele ONLY. She turned my call to cancel around and kept me as a customer. She managed to do in one morning what 5 of your other consultants could not do in a week. I have now kept my car insured with Miway because of her excellent service. Thank you
5 Years later and issue still not resolved. I have been a Capitec Bank customer for many many many years. in 2016 I approached Capitec for a loan and was told I cant get one as the systems shows that I was handed over for non payment on a previous loan. But I did not owe any money to Capitec and the Branch Manger Mr Tshepiso Dikobe did a full investigation and gave me a letter from Capitec stating that all loans are paid in full, and assured me that it would be taken off my profile and updated on the credit bureau. Now a full 5 (FIVE YEARS LATER) I have approached Capitec for a loan and have been told the very same story....... REALLY how is this possilbe. The branch in Middelburg called the customer care centre in front of me and got the company who I was apparently handed over to. They confirmed with Momfundo at the Middelburg branch that I am not on their books AT ALL....... E-mails have been sent from the Middelburg branch and myself to the hand over department and the manager at sent an e mail to the hand over dept. I AM NOT GETTING ANY FEED AND RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. AFTER SO MANY YEARS AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER.... MUST I LOOK AT CHANGING BANK. HOW CAN THIS NOT BE SOLVED IN YEARS....... SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY
Capitec The Reef Shopping Centre Germiston I can never EVER deposit money at both ATM machines and you cant deposit in the branch.
