Lukhanji Super Spar has recently heard our cry for water refill and it provides us with convience and easy access to clean fresh water 10hrs a day at an affordable price. Shout out to Monique the bakery staff always with friendly smiles and ready to serve. Monique makes Lukhanji spar great place to shop!!
Caltex that is now known as Astro station in Queenstown has been nothing but the most amazing place to visit, it is filled with friend fuel attendants, cashiers, cooks and guards. I would like to give a shout out to the management for creating such an amazing enviroment for the employees to enjoy thier work. The most remarkable moment was when one of the attendants made a mistake and pour incorrect fuel type in the vehicle. The management intervention and approach was stellar. Respect that!!!******
I bought Bedtway PAvillo self inflating airbed. The instructions are so technical and no vidoe link to assist anyone that might be finding it challenging to inflate thier airbed. The lack of information online and in the box makes this product challenging to use. Product should be user friendly and it is not self inflating it is has built in foot pump as per online reviews.
Lukhanji spar coffee shop is by far worse place when it comes to customer service. However I must say there are exceptional watrons. Young man very soft attentive & absolutely great watron. Short lady wear glasses she is delightful soul. Always check on customers as she cleans tables, she'd stop by and ask is everything alright. It's something other watrons could learn.
After 2days of not paying your subscription you get reconnection fee or R50 I mean it could funds did not clear as expect plus it's not a debit order you are making eft or direct payment which shouldn't warrant a reconnection fee. This is daylight ******* from multichoice. This why many abandon their accounts this practice makes people to just leave. What is it for to press button reconnect. It should be automated system once payment is loaded activated like sims

I find takealot to be carelessness no customer service no communication channels and no direct contact, when you've been sent an incorrect product. Worse part upon request for collection you're asked what do want a refund or product been sent, you choose am option then still they do as they please. The next minute product price has increased your account has been credited. No accountability for inconvenience caused by their despatch carelessness. How does an incorrect product gets pass everyone with an invoice attached
Worse customer service contacted PE call centre no trailers available. unwilling to take contact information for availability of trailers. was told they dont work on first come first serve basis. I made a call around 10:35 04/01/2023
