Joined momentum a year ago, sales agent was Mohamed Essoof and the service was excellent but that is where it stops. Sent in a request to have my banking details updated with their service agent Tankiso, she messed that up and my old bank account was debited 4 times which made the account go into a negative. Claimed for lightning damage on the 30/11/2021 and surprise surprise those guys have no clue what is going on, I have been transferred around emails countless times while being CC'd in the email. Car hire was a nightmare (Sales agent had to step in to sort it out) and to date, there has been no call from an assessor. The car is now laying at the dealer with a prognosis report, the dealer is going to start charging storage and momentum still cannot get their act together. My suggestion to anyone, DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS INSURANCE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!
My vehicle recently came off Warranty, been having some sleepless nights worrying. I have been calling around for quotes and it has been extremely high Until I filled out a call me back form on the KING PRICE site, I was called back by Nishan Naidoo and I have to admit the service was fantastic. Would highly recommend them to others!! Just hope their claim process is just as good as Nishan's Service.
The network is good, I have coverage all day however I HAVE NEVER HAD TO FIGHT with a company to take my money????? I have not paid since day one and one day yiur incompetent billing team will figure this out and I will not be able to work from home because yiu are going to slap me with a big bill. I WOULD LIME TO PAY FOR MY SERVICE THAT I USE LIME RIGHT NOW.
Flew to Durban recently and I was stuck with my usual dilemma, do I Uber to the airport or do I park at the airport with both options having ridiculous fees. Well I found a better option which is making use of Valet parking services (VPS) , They are very cheap and reliable and also sent my car in for a full valet, I arrived back in Johannesburg on Tuesday morning , once I walked out the doors, the driver was waiting for me and my car, undamaged and on time. Great service guys Keep it up
Hired this company over the past weekend to cater for my kid's party, honestly this is one of the most efficient and exceptional companies I have ever used in the food industry. They were prompt and punctual and their food was great, they did exactly what was promised and more. Great work Mukesh and Team!! I would recommend these guys to everyone.
I purchased tyres on the 24th of October from Minty's tyres, I received an sms from Standard bank CONFIRMING that the cash had left my account and my statement reflected the the correct balance after the amount of R1877.99 was debited, somehow in between then and the 15th of November, the cash somehow came back into my account without my knowledge, I then receive an SMS on the 15th of November telling me that my standard bank account is overdrawn due to the purchase at Minty's tyres. How useless is this bank that they cannot even keep track of my money!!!!!!!!!!! I am safer leaving the cash under my mattress in all honesty. If You tell me that cash has left my account then I take that as the truth as you are my bank and the people we TRUST with our cash!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not liable for any overdrawn balance on my account as it is your responsibility to ensure that my account is not overdrawn especially as I have NO OVERDRAW function activated, once I make a purchase, the cash should not come back to my account unless I ask you to do so and now you guys want to make it my issue!!!!!! NO WAY!!!!!!!!! Have this sorted out right now!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone, Rather stick to FNB!
I purchased a Washing Machine from Teljoy, The agent assisting me was Tshepo Mahao and I can honestly say that he was exceptionally awesome to deal with, He always followed up and had the purchase process go smoothly, I signed and it was delivered the next morning. Just want to say keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naturally I tried to call the Rental agency "Huurkor properties" on ********** 600, a woman answered the phone in Afrikaans and when I asked her to speak in english to me, she hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then thought that perhaps she could not hear me so I called back, she then responded to every sentence of mine in Afrikaans however she said the same thing over and over as if to force me to respond to her in Afrikaans, This is utterly disgusting!!</p> <p> </p> <p>For someone who deals with customers on a daily basis I would expect you to speak English to me as that is what I understand and that is only the medium of the WORLD!</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic!!</p>
