The customer service is revolting. Internal communication is nonexistent.
Don’t use uniprop when renting, buying or selling. The agents sell dreams. I moved into this unit in July and the agent made promises to fix things and to date nothing has been done. When there are issues in the house, they do not reply to WhatsApp’s, emails and won’t even take your calls. But very quick to gloat that they help people with issues in the unit 24/7 and quick to demand rent. Very unprofessional and I doubt she is well versed on rental laws because the things she do contravene rentals laws.

I placed an order on 03 November 2023. On checkout, the website asked for 2 addresses: one delivery and the other a billing address. I captured my delivery address as A and captured billing address as B. On 07/11, I received an sms very early in the morning that my order was on the way. In the afternoon, I called to check how far the delivery was and to my surprise I was told that the order was being delivered to my BILLING address! Why the **** would you ask for a delivery and billing address if you’re just going to deliver to the billing address???????
I recently purchased TrueIdentity and received an sms that my information is being used on the dark web. I logged in to view details but ever since I purchased it, I’ve never been able to access TrueIdentity. I logged a query and they did not even try to assist me. Transunion products are a ****!
Caroline of Specsaver Alberton is so rude and doesn't care about customers. She called this morning saying specs are ready for collection, I drove all the way from PTA , only to find that the specs has no antiglare, and already paid R1500 for that on 9 March, waited for 3 weeks for the specs, now want us to wait fo another ****** week? On whose petrol? ****** ****!!! I cannot wait for another week whilst it took them 3 weeks to finish this order
What’s wrong with the sales team? Don’t they call when you ordered something? I ordered fibre in December 2022 but they haven’t called to update. Every time I call, they don’t answer their phones. Is this the kind of service I should expect once contract is finalised?
This was the 5th time I asked for assistance and I was practically ignored!!! I believe LegalWise hires people who don’t even know/understand the law. I am in HR and well-versed with labour law. I needed someone to look at an employment contract to get a second opinion. First I was ignored all day, then I get a reply the next day that doesn’t even help my case. If you value your R300, take it somewhere else. These people are useless
Worst customer service ever! I signed up with the wrong email address and a simple thing such as changing it is taking them more than a week to fix!! Worst insurance I have ever dealt with.
I sent a query on the 15th of April and its the 20th today, yet have no received no update whatsoever. Your service is poor.
