As part of a group, my food arrived almost last though I ordered firs - and no it wasn't anything different from the rest of the group - like more than 10 minutes after people had started eating! It also came incomplete with some of the condiments for the same meal not on my meal, and needless to say, the team possibly thought it also didn't matter that I got the right cutlery (for fish) like everyone else. Dessert, same story - served almost last - and not, it wasn't about where I was sitting as people on both sides were served before me. The ice cream had melted, and there were strands of HAIR on the plate! Again, instead of being served with a proper dessert s**** I was offered a dirty teas**** - which I swapped with another one from a spare meal! Asked for the manager and they NEVER came, until I was walking out and told one of the people who was arranging the seating that I had asked for the manager but I am happy to leave.
Really bad service at Click Crowthorne as I could not get my script refill as the product was our of stock - but got assisted at Clicks Kyalami - where they were even shocked their colleagues wouldn't order for me, as is the norm. Second refill, same story, I ask them to order for me and all processed, then told to wait for SMS to collect medication. A week goes by, and then I go into the store, only to realise the medication has been there for days and no notification whatsoever sent! I then alert pharmacist of expired medication dispensed to my mother and seeking guidance - blankly ignored! I reached out to Clicks, even through Twitter, was asked for my email address, 8 days later I am still waiting!
I have received the most appalling service. A claim submitted in November still outstanding and my car not fixed! Terrible service with lots of excuses for 4 months now, and eventually trying to shift the blame to another third party!
<p>Following endless efforts to finalise my Vodacom uograde and several dropped calls, today I met a wonderful, dedicated and professional consultant - Aubrey Ntshebele.</p> <p>He explained to me all details and possible reasons why my upgrade is not finalised - on the fourth week after I initiaited the process! </p> <p>I just wonder why nobody else among the almost 6 people I talked to had the integrity to explain the issues around Blackberry and Vodacom - instead of palying the disappearing act each time I tried to make contact!</p> <p>Thank you Aubrey - I was about to give up on Vodacom!!!!</p>
<p>I took in my car to Imperial GM Motors in Bloemfontein after making an appointment for it to be fitted with some part that had been noted as needing replacement earlier when I went in for service.</p> <p>On 26 August the car was booked in, took the whole day and I was called around 4:30pm that the car was ready. I waited for the driver to pick me up, which he did but started shouting the moment I went into the car about how late it is as its already 5pm and he's supposed to go home as he's not even paid overtime. He kept on shouting as went on to pick another lady.</p> <p>Beyond the reckless driving, he even made ***ist remarks about how not surprising it was that it is WOMEN who are bneing picked up this late when he's supposed to go to his house!</p> <p>He drove recklessly until we arrived at GM Motors, where I arrived only to be told the part that was to be fitted in my car was not iftted as it was FORGOTTEN! I was told I'd be called the following Monday to prepare for another date - until today, no call has come through and I am wondering what happended to the part I had ordered!</p>
