BAD SERVICE/ORDERS DONT REACH THE CLIENT
BAD SERVICE!! Orders take for ever and they take your money but you dont receive your order!!! Still waiting for my 2023 order that never reached me. Nobody cares and ignores my emails and whatapp messages.

Biltong and Nut Hut Moreleta Park !!Bad bad service! Upsetting clients
Good day The lady at Biltong and Nut Hut Moreleta Park store next to Spar needs serious training and teaching to know how to handle customers and people. I have been a client at your store for many many years and i stormed out of your shop a few weeks ago because that woman has no manners and got irritated with me because i didnt want the dry wors in the bucket but the ones hanging with the biltong on the shelf. She threw down the bucket that she had in her hand and i dont appreciate such attitude and behaviour. Before i put it on Ek is van die Ooste i thought to let you know about this. Its my money and if i dont want the wors in the bucket then i dont want it and i dont deserve to get treated like this. Bad bad service! Upsetting clients

Walter Nicholson Solar and electrical . Took money and ran!
SOLAR MAN AND ELECTICIAN Paid for a solar system and received sub standard goods, never installed or finished the job. I lost a lot of money!! Panels were standing in my garage. Big loss !!

Takelot, dirty and broken Sissy *** shoe boxes . No respect for their clients in these times.
I just wish to share my disappointment today after my delivery from Takelot. I spend a lot of money and in these days money is scarce. I bought 2 pairs of SISSY*** boots, just imagine the total and i receive DIRTY BOXES AND ONE BOX IS BROKEN??? This doesnt work for me really!! If i got them for free or at a 60% discount, i would not have complained. And the best of all there is no way you can reach them to complain. Emails does not exist and calls does not help, they do not get back to you.

BUFFALO LOGISTICS ORDER FROM SHEIN!!
BAD BAD SERVICE!! Very rude and call centre lady called Tracey puts the phone down in your ear when you ask her to locate your parcel that was delivered but not to MY address!! I lost my parcel that cost me a lot of money and they are not interested to assist, instead they throw the fone down in yur ear, how RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL! Lost so much money this is daylight robbery and its their driver who gives it to somebody else and they feel two hoots about their clients! They dont care because SHEIN uses BUFFALO LOGISTICS. PLEASE DONE BUY FROM SHEIN, BUFFALO LOGISTICS WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF MONEY! delivered to some helper who lied and said she is security, why did the driver not call me. Drove complete other way after security gave him directions. BAD SERVICE AND A BIG LOSS!!! Tracey at their call centre very rude! You will not get help and bear the loss of your purchase!

DONT BUY ONLINE FROM PICK N PAY!!!
Pick n Pay ON LINE SHOPPING BAD NEWS!! Took my money, sent me half of my order even if the items were available at the time of the purchase. How does that work???? NO contact no, no nothing. You cannot contact them and they dont contact you. No email nothing!! If you purchase online, then its there to buy, so why dont it gets delivered????

BAD SERVICE BAD CABINET HAZLO MAKE
Hazlo Floor Standing Mirrored Bathroom Cabinet with 6 Shelves - Black Please dont buy from them furniture or these cabinets, its a rubbish thing, warped, and damaged. Caused me a lot of frustrations and headaches !!! I had to attached it to my wall after we assembled it, just to find out that the cabinet is warped and damaged, i was promised a replacement which i did not get. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A HOLE IN MY WALL!! They refuse to come and fix their mess on my wall. BAD BAD SERVICE, i dont know what happened... wrong deliveries to wrong clients etc

BAD SERVICE/ ARROGANT- TYPO WOODLANDS
Bad and very arrogant service from one of the staff members, Brian.... Friday 4 March 2022.... no manners, didnt give me the 50% discount as per the sale in their Woodlands store and when i called he gave me BAD BAD attitude!! Their mistake and my fuel i have to use to drive up and down and then he is arrogant??? Check your slips because they dont know what they are doing. I will never go back there again.
