I have been liaising with Ridhwa at Performance brands for close to a month now regarding swim suits i bought for my kids. They used the swim suits once and i bought it this year February 2018. The clothes stretching and deteriorating. I took it back to sportmanwarehouse retail crossing where Patience helped me so kindly and sent it to performance brands. Ridhwa at performance brands has no customer experience s****s and will respond to emails when she feels like it. After settling for less as i was suppose to get a full refund or replacement for clothes used once and not even couple months old they only want to give me 50% off buying new swimsuits. i decided to take it and now i will have to wait another week or so as Ridhwa has not responded as yet. Can performance Brand please invest in there Staff they hire and sent them for customer centricity workshops.
Good day Nandos Thought i would give a review of the Nandos at Ruimsig. This would be my first time buying from them as i normally use the Nandos at Checkers Hyper corner 14th avenue. i called the to do a telephonic order for the current special (quarter chicken and chips) which i was told my the operator that i have to come in to order the special and i asked if there is still enough as i have to drive to come and order as per the special only 100 orders a day gets accepted. Which i then asked the operator if there is still a lot of order before the 100 order mark and she replied saying yes. from the time of my call i was at nandos within a 5 to 7 min time frame and i got to order my meal I was told that they just sold up the last special for the day. i my mind i could not believe that this could happen within a 5 minute time frame. customer service in todays world is the make or break of a company and i think staff should be trained on this matter. kind regards
This will be the first time I have an issue with MFC. They send me an SMS stating they will deduct my premium before salary date due the which is 27th April. MFC wants to deduct 26th April. The SMS stated that if you need to call should there be a problem. Which I did and I got told that on receiving the SMS today the date is already loaded as 26th and they cannot change it. Banks and all other institute's normally take it later after the holidays. It's a first where they take it even before your pay date. Your system needs to upgraded to accommodate holidays like all other institute's. This is an inconvenience to the customer.
Good day please note I just bought a Samsung S8 with Telkom carnival mall (staff Namgamso) on the 23 September and asked them to take my existing prepaid Telkom number and transfer it to be my contract number( ********** 102) as I don't want a new number. I have been using this number very long with Telkom. the contract was taken out on my my wifes account. To this date they haven't transferred my number( ********** 732) and my prepaid Telkom number just disappeared and a new number is no on my prepaid simcard and my contract still has the new number is was given when I bought the phone. please call me ********** 102. please also provide with your escalations department. I am tired that not one of the Telkom staff wants to take accountability for this matter. really pathetic services.
<p>Since i bought my ford ranger last year June 2016 and i bought my wifes ford fiesta this year january 2017, but a demo model 2016. i am very happy wit the vehicle performance but we all know being in a high customer centric enviroment we need to beef up on our aftermarket sales. in this instance it will be the service you get from any FORD(specifically action ford constantia). But to be brutally honest i havent had a wow service from them yet. i am busy sorting out a problem where the techincian scratched the below front bumper of my wifes Ford Fiesta and i am very dissapointed that ,that is how customers that trust and have faith that they will get good service and that there cars are in good hands. but if you car cmoes back with scrtaches and harsh break reports from your netstar altech safe and sound. how can i trust that they are servicing my car car correctly and taking car of my car. I am a very concerened customer not only for my car but for the rest of the people taking their cars to that dealer as well. </p>
