This was my first time using wish.. I ordered 3 items, my family advised that it will take time, sometimes months for the items to arrive. 1 of 3 packages arrived, I waited and waited, knowing my sisters and I placed our orders the same day, and her items (Which was my Christmas present order early December arrived 3 days ago, 3 months after estimated arrival.. When I got sick of waiting, you tell me I had 30 days, which has passed, so I don't get my items or my money and I'm at fault... Because I don't live on the wish app, and have not ordered 50 times before, I must be aware of this 30 day agreement?? Even when products are known to be late.. I PAID FOR THE ITEMS, I PAID FOR SHIPPING. YOUR SIDE MESSED UP, NOW YOU JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND THAT'S THE END OF IT??!!!! Keep your product, I will never gamble with my money on wish again.. Absolutely pathetic, might only be a few $, but if you ***** over 1000 people a day, why would you change your policy, because everyone except the client benefits out of your non delivery scheme
Been buying the everyday madness at least 4 times a month, decide to change and buy a chicken mushroom sub, because on the menu, that is the ingredients... Trying to avoid tomato, I don't eat tomato., So like every other place, and every other sub that has chicken & mushroom light, you send me some tomato based mushroom, tomato & chicken.. WHERE IS CHICKEN MUSHROOM RED??? When I called to ask what hell is this, I was told that's how it is is By Emily ... Not happy, next time please just tell people it's some Tika based chicken mushroom because it is misleading and I don't like it all all. You lost a loyal customer, Kind regards
Great product, bought it in South Africa, Did not think that it would taste so good, but I really like it.
Afternoon, I stopped buying Rizla a year ago, they just dont stick, it turns out looking like one of those News paper Rolie because you have to lick it so much, its not nice having so much saliva on a rolie, especially when sharing. The small cafe near me for some reason runs out of Zig Zag, then I have no choice but to buy Rizla, & every time I just throw it away, if they dont tear out of the box, they wont stick. Only R7, but it's the inconvenience..

<p>My first purchase on bid or buy, I was expcting a long drawn out process of numerous calls, emails, payments ect.. Not at all, Mr. Robinson contacted me via mail once the sale had been made, explaining the whole process, providing relevant contact & tracking numbers and over and above, you will be given seeds as a gift ( Excellent way to get people growing new plant and really keep that green finger going) In addition to that, you will recieve a full instruction manuel on how to germinate each seed, planting, soil ect, But finer details include your name on each small seed package, things like this win you loyal customers, recurring customers, which in this country is not seemed to be understood.</p> <p> </p> <p>The product ( ****hnum Peat Moss, Carniverous growing medium No.2) looks top class and I am keen to get my plants into them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really nice to see a company that makes you feel like, "Hey, Take my money", Keep up the great service and the only way forward I see for you is "Up"</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Thomas</p>
<p>Good Evening,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently posted a Complaint regarding Dominos Pizza, because The wrong order was delivered to my door, and nothing was done to rectify the issue, to which I explained that I will find a franchise that actually wants my money..</p> <p> </p> <p>Decision was between McDonalds and KFC.. Firstly, I Dont understand how it can be done wrong so many times.. Its always a gamble, you have to pull off in the parking lot to doublecheck your order, and every time.. Every damn time, you are in a rush, in a good mood, benefit of the doubt is given, I mean its only 6 pieces of chicken right? Anyone can get that right, right?....And after all the videos on Social media and pictures, I put that behind me and decided I need some Chicken!</p> <p> </p> <p>Wham Bam, not even 2 mins in the drive through, I paid for my 2 Streetwise 3's, I was asked to donate R2, which I did, and then I go to McDonalds to get the rest of the familys food, not everyone is as daring as I am to try KFC... Not everyone can handle the thought of a "rat" burger, and pavement chicken.. Me, I will eat it if it tastes good..</p> <p> </p> <p>Get home, ready to enjoy & what did KFC do... 1 streetwise 3, & 1 streetwise 2.. I paid for both, I should get 6 pieces of chicken right? Thats how business works, you offer a product or service which makes my life easier, In turn I give you my hard earned money in agreement that I will recieve what a pay for.. Gentlemans agreement right? Uhhm.. Now you are sitting there, reading this, tired of responding to hellopeter complaints, that in fact you don't care about my issue, You will send a response saying the complaint has been forwarded to head office and the affected branch, and boom, your job is done, nothing will be fixed, you will forget you ever heard from me and you will continue doing your job, answering angry people, but this is me, telling KFC, I supported your kids with R2, I take the chance knowing if I dont talk to the person on the intercom like an angel that something might be done to my food, I can take all of that, what I cant take is a comany that cant figure out the difference between 2 pieces of chicken and 3, I mean Damn, you sell chicken, Its not like this streetwise is a new thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I got that off my chest, Enjoy my piece of chicken, only R13?? R14 of my money that KFC Fooled me out of (Remember? Business.. You promote a product, I like the product, buy the product, should I get what I paid For, I need to say a little prayer as if the Lord was looking over me while placing my order) But when every ####### franchise gets it wrong, R189 loss at Dominos, no response, no customer retention, just no worry what so ever.. 33.33333% of my meal which I paid for was not given to me, who cares, there are other customers.. Ah, South Africa, where the customer must just leave it and take it on the chin, where Food has become dodgey and the people at the robots selling items have become trustworthy, at least you know what you are getting for you money spending R50 on glasses, the guy doesn't turn the board around once you have paid, only to show you glasses with one lens.. They offer a product, I like fake RayBands for R50, I give them R50, I get the product I want, he eats that night, I look fresh, we all win (Learn to take care of your customers, it might only be one or 2 that turn their back on kfc a day, but those 1 or 2 add up, especially on social media)</p> <p> </p> <p>Wont refer KFC, wont support KFC, Like I have said, the fast food industry is a tough place to be right now with all the competition, Somewhere there is an owner that will greet you with a smile to have you as a customer. <p>Love using the online ordering process, simple, quick and you can see who is making or delivering your food, and funny enough, on seeing that the usual person was not preparing the pizzas I made a comment saying "I don't trust new people" as a joke, true as Bob, the order was wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered thin bases and got thick, I ordered Regina and got Hawaiian.. This would be great if I wasnt alergic to pineapple, so R189 Special, spoiled and now I have to order something else.. Simple mistakes like this may only cost R189, but its the principle that I did not get what I ordered, mistakes like this make you question if future orders will be correct, which I doubt I will be taking chances with, I'm not a gambling man especially when it comes to food.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p>

No movie chanels, no Discovery, no History, no Sport, NOT EVEN ####### ETV WORKS!! R900 a month for 20 ****py chanels??? And what does your call centre agents have to say about this... "Call an installer"</p> <p>Call an installer???? After spending R3000 on an upgrade you advertise, your installer you recomended *****ed up now I must pay again to have the dish aligned!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>And now you advertise R500 a month, free instilation, free delivery... ***? No support for loyal customers joining from the start. Please just call me to cancel this ****, Cant even watch the Springboks or Proteas..</p> <p> </p> <p>Not happy, realy not happy with this.
