EXPRESS PRINT
Don't do business with the following Entities: 1. Same Day Printing 2. Express Print 3. Bold Media Branding they are all owned by one guy Stan, he is very rude, and he doesn't respect customers. I asked them to Brand Gift Bags for me, and we agreed on the price, of which I paid Deposit, but I requested to have a sample before, we can start with full production, and I also paid for that sample and the sample was so ugly that I was afraid to show it to my client. Two days later I requested to be refunded because the job I requested was never done to perfection and the agreement, and the message that was send to me was that I will be refunded on the 23 APRIL 2025. Since then, I tried to reach Bongani, and he kept lying to me until on the 28th the phone was answered by a lady who told me that I will be paid on the 29th because of Holiday (I recoded that conversation) the same day (29/04/25) I went to their shop in Rivonia and I met Bongani outside and I asked him when are they going to refund me and he told me that Stan is the one who has to Refund me. I went inside the Shop with him and few minutes later Stan appears from the back, and he started swearing at me. two things that he said to me that made me realize that he undermines customers is. 1. You can go to small claims Court. 2. Get out of my ****en Business that's when I realize that this guy is a ****mer, but he was not aware that I'm recording him. anyone that needs a service from this guy must think twice. those who needs proof they can reach for me.

Be aware guys and do your due diligence, this guys are big ****mers and they used different names to run the business check the below names. Boldmedia Same-day Print Express Print If are in a hurry for your stuff look elsewhere. They will promise you heaven and earth. There is a guy by the name of Bongani he has fitted well in this ****ming thing. He has blocked me on whatsapp. Everytime I call he will tell me his busy with the client. I paid them to brand Gloss Giftbags but what they did with the sample was very disappointing. I requested the refund and they agreed. When the day of refund arrived there was a lot of stories. The worst part is when you call they tell you to hold until you get tired.

Please be aware of this company trading under different names like Same Day Printing and Bold Print South Africa. They are ****mers and I found out this morning that they have blocked my number on WhatsApp, they blocked me without refunding me after they have failed to deliver on what we agree upon. If you want headache do business with them.

Express Print they are ****mers
I am warning the public about this business. They are really cruel and don't care about customer service. I called them looking for 100 gift bags and they promised to supply them but I should send them the entire information via email. I did send them the spec and artwork and the next day they send me the Quotation. Since they were going to use the bags that I can buy it myself I asked them to qoute me on branding only. They send me.the qoute for branding. I then asked how much will I pay to have a mock up so that I can see the work that they will be doing for me. They told me that it will cost me R450 but if I pay 50% of the branding fee of which it's R1400.00 they can do it for free. I paid that money and it was on Saturday around 09:25 in the morning and I promised it will be ready in 90min but I got the final layout at 17:19. On Monday I requested that a sample should be done and I will pay for it because I was scared to run the full production of 100 bags. I provided the gift bag and requested that they should enlarge the artwork. Tuesday morning I paid for sample(R350) and this time I was now in communication with Bongani, he send me a WhatsApp to say the sample will be ready for collection afternoon on Tuesday but he will give me an update around 12:00. At 11:46 I was in Rivonia to check thier business and wait for my sample and I was told that it should be ready by 14;00 but however it might not be as perfect as it should be because of the kind of bag I have provided. Gloss Gift bags are difficult to brand unless you manufacture them with branding. I was also shown a bag that was done and the branding was not that nice. Because the sample was already paid and everything was in Progress I had to wait for 14;00 and keep my fingers crossed that everything goes well, as a business man I don't like to judge because I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to proof himself/herself. After 14:00 I went to the shop to check the sample but the time was now shifted to 15,00 latest. I started to panic myself because I had to meet my client to present the sample since they have an event and she will be leaving Gallagher Estate at 15;00. I'm now making excuses to my client, and at 15:00 still nothing up until 16:00 that's when I got my sample and it looks terrible. I grabbed my sample and Drove to Midrand to meet my Client to explain my failure. Thanks to Express Print for giving me a false hope and making me pay them to fail me. One of the excuses is that I provided them with the bag but it's the same bag that they were going to use as per their Quotation. I am now struggling to get my money back that I have paid for branding since they have failed me.
