With a score of 26,614 plus another one complaint your bank defnitely look to rise the score board. Now why would I write a complaint against the so "Claimed Cheapest Bank"? To tell you the truth you are not the cheapest bank!! You lure customers with cheap propaganda. In my view none of your so called products exist. Only over expensive "Personal Loans". I visited your bank on Thursday the 28th of August 25 to obtain information about a certain product you offer. As it is, as soon as a white customer enters your bank he or she straight gets classified as a "F@cck!ng wit hond" and has to be served by a "BBEEE Comrade". Now this is where the whole rasicm and sarcasim starts in your institution. Straight away your employee of colour switches over into sabotage unwilling and incapabelity to help or assit.Now you tell me, what did I, want from your bank that day??? All I, know I, didn't want your so called nr. 1 products called "Alms or even better a Baksheesh". The whole fault is that your so called emplyees are to arrogant to learn Afrikaans and their Engelish is just as pathetic. He/She assured me you will call back after I told her I, dont need a personal loan or a Alm or a baksheesh. You never called maybe you called heaven or hell to see if one of those guys answers. Not me!!! So seeing that me and my wife doesn't fall in your catogory of customers keep your non existing products and give it to customers which fit in your clientelle!!! We don't need you!!! Chew on it. My biggest wish is to make the public aware of ****mers like you. If everyone would onle read Hello Peter before making the regretable steps we can eradicate banks like you!!!!
Again it took me long to decide to if i am going to give a review on above buisness. But it doesn't help to ponder. I, don't understand how people can fall for the cheap dishonest adbait these insurance people use to make idiots and assholes of the people paying them for insurance!!! Take the slogan: - "You always get something out" Really??? What a cheap slogan to catch the paying client!!! The truth: - "You get nothing out" All you get out is wasting and loosing your hard earned money. This experiance We made in Capital lost of monies!!! We got **** bull****ted and they took our monthly installment for their pleasure!!! They are cheap on some products. Which is worth nothing. We were with our building insurance since 2013 with this pack. We never had a claim. When we had a claim they refused to pay with all excuses and bull**** lies. Stay away from the "Mechanical Insurance" It is a by product witch they promote. Nothing is insured on this product. OUTsurance ripped over R5K out of our pockets. They never had the idea nor the interest to insure the vehichle at all for mechanical breaksown. As it comes it was claim time!!! Then the whole lies came out. We were told by the secret agent he will contact us on the next working day. He never called. So, I called back. Then the secret agent said after I threatened I am going to the Ombudsman he will speak to management so we can come to an agreement. Bull****!!! He spoke to nobody and never wanted to come back to me. Then the truth came out:- The vehicle has to go 76km to a BBEE comrade backyard mechanic for inspection. They are unable to supply me the qualifications of this workshop nor if he registerd with the RMI. No reply!!!!! Then it came out NOTHING of the so called insurance was explained to me. It was mainly a rippoff OUTsurance is collaberation with another insurance who never wants to pay anything. Do you think they are paying for a broken windscreen when the screen gets dameged???? Wrong customer you are wrong!!! You get a so called "payback savings". You loose your savings when you have a claim!!! So who paid for what???? I, am anyway taking this case up with the Ombudsman for short Term insurance.
I, gave Virseker one review "Bad". But it went from bad to worst. Please people read what experiances other people make on "Hello Peter" before making very expensive mistakes. I litterally had to lick Virsekers g@t to phone me. Pitty if you are dumb. I should have seen from the attitude they are not intrested in paying customers. "Ons praat jou taal" is also only a ****!!!! I, left the insurance which I had since 2013 and would have got a "Gatsak bonus" of R6000.00 od in 2026. I, lost that bonus because of a total useless non caring attitude insurer. I, joined Virseker way back after an arrogant saleman who got my name from Afriforum phoned me and tried to convince me I phoned for insurance. Which was a fat lie. When I threatend I, am going to cancell Afriforum he changed his attitude. Couple of months later a salesman contacted me again and at least spoke descent. So I toook the insurance he offered only to be double insured. Another Hoax from them. Since I, joined I had Virseker I, had the joy of 3 months of the premium I, was offered. The fourth month my policy was increased with with over R300.00. The policy documents I, received after the increase was not even worth using as toilet paper. Half of the info did not com through. Made the 1st phone call. Total useless person trying to solve the problem. Each time he have to ask the supervisor. Ended the call with he will call me back tomorrow. Never happened. (We experianced that already I think). 2nd call no sucsess. will call back and never happened. 3rd call. has to speak to supervisor. Mistake was found why the increase. vehicle inspection did go through but the system increase the premium because you had the cheek to get your vehicle inspected. Will sort the problem out and call me back. Never did. As usual what could i expect. So the only logic way is to cancell the insurance. if this is Virsekers attitude how is their attitude when a claim arrises??? but what is most upsetting is that I have to build up a new profile at my old insurance and my premium is now R300.00 more as when I left them. Thanks Virseker thanks for nothing and thank for the financial lost you made me. I, am not going to leave this here. I, will lodge a complaint at the Ombudsman for short term insurance.
Good afternoon, I, received today what I like most!!! After battling now for 3 days with DSTV I finally got an answer. Guest what? It is an empty e-mail. No body no header and no footer!!!! But I have to rate the services of the secret agent who is incapable of writing and sending an e-mail. So i rated it 0. What caused this unhappiness with DSTV? Customers join DSTV and your subscription gets activated. Wait till the end of the month comes. Your package costs R319.00. You gave no stop order nor made any pay arrangements. End of the month comes. Your SMS's goes bonkers. DSTV tried to book of R660.00!!! Not only once but twice. Obviously both are rejected. So you call DSTV what are they trying to do. No response. You write an e-mail. Now you get a response. A secret agent calls you. The secret agent tries to convince you, you have given DSTV a stop order at ABSA Bank. He'''. I, bank with the blue bank??? Now a senior agent takes the phone. Now you get accused your bank activated a non existing stop order. Because of your banks over reaction you owe DSTV a whooping R20.87 odd for fees they made themselves. On top of that DSTV writes you an e-mail back explaining to you how this massive debt has come to stand. In the mail they accuse you that your bank activated a non existing stop order from a previous account you had. All of a sudden you get put on as a cash customer (Which you was anyway). A stop order gets make at the blue bank and on the 1st of every month they get their R319.00 odd. So we decided to move and DSTV is part of the new premises and included in the rent. Unfortunately the sell of the new premises fell through. So we stay where we are. Now trying to activate the DSTV is impossible. You owe them R20.87 odd for the financial losses they caused themselves. WhatsApp contact useless. E-mail contact useless. Internet chat catastrophic. You thought you are dealing with a BOT. Not able to communicate. ***********, not willing to help. End response from DSTV an empty e-mail and the wish to rate their useless service. DSTV has to much customers. They don't need customers who are paying their subscriptions. Lucky there are other TV subscription offers. May more customers cancel their DSTV subscription so you can learn what customer service is.
Dear DHL, You are a German company right? We are Germans and used to a very high standard of workmanship. What is wrong with you???? In Germany when a company goes busted bankrupt or "Insolvent" they are down the drain dead rotten and forgotten right? How on earth can you use the bankrupt South African Post office to deliver parcels??? Are you people clear in the mind??? The SA post office doesn't want to deliver the parcels to the people in South Africa!!! Worst of all you were paid to deliver the parcel from Germany to South Africa. You most probably also paid the SA Post office for a service not renderred. My parcel arrived on Sunday the 24th of May 2023. It looted around for 4days before it got send to customs. Now the parcel came it Jan Smuts Airport and was then looted around and landed in a place calles Tshwane!!! Now I stay in the Eastern Cape!!! Since when do you send a parcel to a place called Tshwane to be delivered in the Eastern Cape??? Then the parcel laid 6 days in Customs. From the 31st of May 2023 your partner the SA post office is trying to get this parcel in the delivery depot. Halleluja on the 6th of may we got the notification that the parcel flew by air without an airplane or it was beamed to the Eastern Cape!!! Unfortunatly the parcel could not be delivered and flew back or beamed itself back to this place called Tshwane!!!! The tracking said it could not be delivered because nobody was home!!! Now, me my wife and our spy ****er Spaniel was the whole day home. Our dog didn't warn us of anybody visisting our post box or gate. So what this means is it was a **** beam or flight delivery. After spending over R40.00 on telephone calls to find the parcel I was told it takes 60 days for the Post Office to deliver the parcel from it was handed over to them by DHL!!! Nice ne'. So I presume the 60 days is for ample time for the removal of the contents and replaced by bricks or something else or to find a new owner who hasn't paid for it. And you are dealing with such companies to deliver the parcels we order from overseas!!! We are going to contact the German Goverment as we have the idea the German Post Office minister is not lecker upstairs. Should the schnoedel not react we will contact Europen Commission to bring to their attention the bad service you are offering to people living in South Africa by using a bankrupt state entity.
1 star is to much. Please ABSA customers leave ABSA as quick as you can. Sit down and look at your monthly ABSA charges. It is the most expensive bank with the worst service you can think of. ABSA is so poor therefore the bank has to take the pensioners monies. ABSA is not capable to return monies paid in to a closed account which a pension fund paid over due to the mistake of a more useless bank. The monies was paid in to the closed account on the 24th of November 2022. Now is the 14th of December 2022 and the bank is not capable nor in a position or to bankrupt to return the monies to the pension fund. Or even better "Africannacity stands for what it means" That is to take other peoples belongings with the intention not to return it. We are still waiting for the R5400.00 credit what we should get back from our Bond Cancelation. It should take 14 days. We are standing at 30 days. And there is no interest on the repayment amount. Forget to contact ABSA forex. The employees is excellent BBEEE comrades. If you are white you can go to hell until you are black. That means no service. The phone gets slammed down in your face. Then you get told "Incoming is not responsible. You must call outgoing. Do that what do you get??? Phone gets slammed down in your face because you are white and have no right to enquire about your pension. ABSA needs it to save their buts. You as a citizen can go hungry. You don't have to pay your water and lights. You don't have to pay your medical aid. You can sit in your own sh@t as far as ABSA is concerned. Main fact is for ABSA to keep the monies. Forget returning it to where it came from. Maybe the monies are not there anymore. It was donated to some or another previously disgruntled person. Therefore ABSA slams the phone down in your face or refuse to return the monies to the pension fund. Nice white people banking with ABSA. You can go hungry without your pension fund paid and sit in the dark. ABSA GIGLES ALL THE WAY
Jeanrè was very patient listening and explaining the policy to me. She was even prepared calling back 3 times as I didn't had time the first two calls. We have now peace of mind that our bundle of life is good insured and looked after. Keep up the good work. And if we hear of any friends looking for animal insurance we will recommend her.

Now all I would like to have is really some information about their products. What? forget it!!! Builders is selling the merchandise so you have to contact them. So said so done. Went to builders to get a quote. 1st question!!! Do you have stock??? Got a look like I fell of the bicycle. 2nd question!!! What make is the water tank that comes with the system??? Sorry sir is it a petrol tank or water tank. Where does it fit? In the meantime I got on my bicycle so the 3rd question:- Do you maybe have a water tank which comes with the system loose so I can see who makes the system. Ha Ha you must contact Apollo Solar, I em sure dat dey have da speks you need. What a joke. Apollo are the agents and they have no specks and don't want to assist the public. Builders only sells the system but for Pete's sake don't dare to ask a question as they only sell the system and are not responsible to give any information. You have to contact Apollo Solar!!! Apollo Solar don't need money as they don't need customers from a certain nation in SA.

From start up it takes 9 minutes to reach to the point so you think you can work!!! Wrong it is busy trying to download some or another windows update for the last 9 months. Presumably to get pregnant!!! But a sit is it is not capable to do so. Consumers spent thousands of rand on the useless Microsoft products which is badly programmed and constantly needs to be updated. So Acer supports this robbing the people from their data by selling such useless rubbish. Nice very nice. It is clear I am wasting my time with you as you can see you are to nobble to take action sorting the rubbish you sell out and get some client satisfaction. This is a taboo as it can involve your profits. Caught a customer once so who cares he doesn't have to return!!!
