I placed an order to be delivered same day on Friday the 24th and to date my order has not been delivered , i am not getting assistance on their emails and i needed to collect this order from one of their hubs but still its an issue. Its been a whole WEEK.
I have an overdue account with Van Ci cash loans which i have not disputed and want to settle it however the lady i am communicating with on their Whatsapp platform is very rude to say the least her name is Wisani Mathe. I would like to pay my account via an EFT, but she is insisting on a debit order which i cannot do at the moment. I mean EFT is also another payment method why is it difficult to pay via an EFT ?
I've always paid my subscription on the 25th before month end... like last week I made a payment for the month of August today they telling me my services are disconnected and they see that my payment date is the 2nd. I get paid on the 25th why would I pay on the 2nd ??? Also how can I pay on the 25th then 6 days later my services are disconnected?? How ?? Make it make sense to me please. The unprofessionalism from their call center agents is appalling to say the least... i need their QA department to listen to the calls I made to their offices and tell me when did i change my payment date.
Imile has the worst service ever !!!!! their website is not much of help because you cannot even track your order live , not to mention their horrible call centre. My Shein order arrived on Saturday and to date its still not delivered , the same order i placed on the 24th of June
I had a rooter with Rain which one day stopped working and i sent numerous emails to them informing them of such. I then sent mails that i am cancelling my account with them. Months later i am being told that i owe a whole of money. What was i being charged for when their rooter stopped working months ago.
<p>Please note that I have called in your company several times to change the debit order date and no one has attended to that since from the 22/05/2017. Last month you went in to my account and debited and I incurred unpaid debit order fees.</p> <p>Last month I called in and spoke to Buyisile who advised me that the lady that I spoke to in May never changed the debit order date.</p> <p>Today the same thing is happening I receive an SMS saying you will debit my account on the 26th. I changed jobs and getting paid the last day of each month. Where i was working before I was getting paid on the 25th that is why my debit order date was on the 26th of each month. The funny part is that I called in your offices to arrange a debit order and not the other way around. I mean I owe Truworths R324.00 and its not like I did not want to pay this small balance. </p>
