I have a claim with Bryte for a cancelled trip. They have been terrible re keeping me informed despite numerous emails & calls. Despite me proving that the claim is valid & there are no refunds they keep asking for more information
Ray McCallum What a pity, especially as we have had great experiences at Zuus in the past, but yesterday the timing was atrocious , stale bread, terrible meat but most of all bad attitude by the owner, who took no responsibility and argued that we never understood Souvla's texture and taste I will not be back.

I have requested a withdrawel of some of my investments from Ninety one & have been given the run around & **** to for 7 days now.
I think these guys are a scam, they have sent me an invoice with banking details but the phone numbers do not work, so you cannot check the details or speak to anyone. They send me mobile numbers to contact them but you never get through. Only email enquiries are answered.
I went to Postnet in Franschhoek today & was told that my purchase was below R 50.00 on a credit card & would result in R 5.00 being added to the cost! Surely this is not legal! I confirmed with Postnet in Paarl & was advised that they did not charge the extra R 5.00 The result of these charges would be that Postnet are profiteering our of customers using a credit card!
<p>I would like to withdraw some funds from my investement account!</p> <p>Satrix never "received some documents they needed".......I proved that they had them.</p> <p>I have made four phone calls, sent emails & been promised that my problem has been "elevated" but that I would be called back.......this has not happened.</p> <p>I am also told that the funds will take 5 days to release.......but this will only be when the process has been started, whenever that will be</p>
