on the 15/01/2026 i bought a Samsung cell phone from Truworths Alberton City i got home the phone was blurry i took it back to the shop the next day i was than told that the person working with the cell phone was on her way home she is in the taxi.I went back the 17th the phone was booked in for repairs i was than told it would take 7 Days to day i called the shop i was told i must wait they busy with stock taking i had to call back and was told that the phone has not been checked they waiting for Authorization. The service is very Poor. Must i pay for a phone that is faulty
on the 5th of December 2024 i submitted a claim i filled in the claim form i have been following up since, than the agent came back wanting a late notification letter that was also a back and forth. Yesterday i request to speak to management i was told that i cant speak to management because they are not available. Rose emailed me again a claim form to complete how many claim forms does one need for a fast track claim. Today is the 14the still no feedback. I was told that the delay is because people are not at the office. This is bad service on another level.
During loadshedding the electrical plugs @KFC STEELDALE are put off when asked if the plugs can be put on i am told that an electrician is needed the funny part os that the plugs to make the food is working. Thisbis not the first time i am told this nonsense. I am not just sitting there i buy food as well.
On the 22.10.2022 I went to cell c at New Market I spoke to Tony Mgeni I asked him to check I can can upgrade to the Huawei 10 he explain that he would have to email cell c to see lf I can upgrade to that phone. He called me hours later and ask if I still want the phone after cell c approved. Today I went to The Glen Branch and was told I already did the upgrade Tony went ahead and did the upgrade without me signing a contract. When I asked why did he go ahead without me telling him to. Tony started screeming at me telling me I told him to process the upgrade without me being present telling me I must just come take the phone he is not cancelling anything. He drop the phone twice in my ear. It is unlawful as per the poppy Act to use a person's details without their consent. The people at the Glen branch heard how I was screemed at. I am disgust as how he spoke to me Cellc I have been your client for years today i was proved that your staff will do anything to meet their target Cellc New Market Alberton is BAD... BAD PLACE TO SHOT At. I am DUSGUSTED.. If I could have given the service I received ZERO I have done so.
About three months or so I bought a laptop at Game time at The Glen mall From day one the laptop was slow I thought that it was my WiFi that was slow now it takes Tha laptop 17 minutes to logg on I waisted money on this product and here I thought I bought quality and I am so disappointed
I have been paying R485 for a reading program for over 2 going for the 3rd I have never once received an invoice every time I call or send what's up messages I don't get help I have been send from pillar to post. Today I spoke to an Arrogant man named WILLY when I called him he said that I have paid in full, yet money are still being deducted from my account I called him again for the invoice he told me I will get the invoice when he gets to it mind u he had the invoice in front of him the first time. Payments made over 24 month is over R11k and I'm being told to wait for the invoice till today nobody at COMPUIQ could give me a straight answer as to how much the reading program cost.
😡The Defy washing machine delivered to me today 21.02.2022 (bought the washing machine on the 18.02.2022)was damaged I called makro about the water marks on The machine, manager told me thats because they had to test if it was working I than told the manager that the exterior of the machine was Also damaged he said oh I can give u a discount of R700 I told him I want my money or a new Machine I asked that they fetch the damaged machine and told him that I'm coming for the new machine or my money. At the shop he said he told me to bring the damaged machine to the shop. I already paid Marko for delivery now they wanted me to pay another person so that I can take their damaged washing machine to their shop. At the shop I was told that they can't give me my money because they don't have the washing machine that they delivered to my house and that I must bring the washing machine to the shop and then I must come get my money. Makro Alberton is the worst place one can buy electrical appliances the short arrogant man wasn't willing to assist me they sold me damaged goods now I must take it back, they even told me I must wait until Wednesday for them to fetch the machine. They don't know the meaning of customer service. Makro is a Joke u advertised on your website that your delivery is free yet another lie, I want my money back I don't want your washing machine!! I don't want to wait till Wednesday u need to fetch ur useless washing machine sies makro is selling dirty appliances😡😡😡😡
On the 13th of July 2020 I went to pick n Pay with my laptop, I asked Peter to assist me with a charger for my laptop he then test my laptop with the chargers of the laptops they have on display. My laptop was charging. Pieter went to the shelve and fetched me "an Ellies charger". I asked Pieter are u sure this is the right charger he than said yes. I got home and plugged in my laptop smoke came out of the plug. I now sit with a laptop that does not work pick n Pay is wiping their hands. Their service is terrible.
