I registered a claim with MiWay and was assisted by service agent Nobantu Mpeta (Home Contents - Benefits). Nobantu was very professional and explained everything to me clearly. After I submitted all required documentation to her, she processed my claim promptly and kept me updated throughout the process. My claim was finalized within two working days. Thank you Nobantu and MiWay for excellent service.
We booked a holiday to Zanzibar from 03 December to 10 December 2021 with Thompsons Holidays. We are grateful for the assistance we received from Nishta Ramabhai. Everything was well planned and arranged; we didn't have to worry about anything. From the flights, to the transfer from Zanzibar airport to the hotel, and back again. I also applaud the correspondence we received from Exclusive Travels in Zanzibar. Nishta is professional and patient, even when we were asking a million questions. When we ran into a little challenge with our booking a week before the trip, Nishta assisted us swiftly with a resolution. She communicated with us often before the trip to ensure that everything is sorted out. She also informed us that she would be on leave on the day of our departure, but she would be available telephonically should we need any assistance. I will definitely book my next holiday with Thompsons Holidays. What a great experience.
We used Dynamic PVC Specialists for our solid pool cover in December 2019. Their team was out to our place for measurements 2 hours after I made the enquiry. We then placed the order and paid the deposit on the 20th of Dec. Our order was acknowledged and they informed us that the cover would be ready for installation on the following Monday. To our surprise, we received a call on Saturday the 21st of December from Dynamic PVC Specialists informing us the cover is ready and they would like to come install in 30mins if possible. We are very happy with our pool cover. It is strong, easy to use and provides safety as required. Thank you to Dynamic PVC Specialists for the excellent, professional, prompt service.
We used Leshoka Pools and Paving under the Management of Ephraim Sematla, to install a new pool. We are very happy with the service rendered and with the pool. Ephraim was onsite daily and ensured that he kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Even after the installation of the pool, Ephraim was available to answer all our questions. We definitely recommend Leshoka Pools for pool services.
<p> </p> <p>I took my ring in to be fixed as one of stones (second stone to fall out) had fallen off and the bands were skew. I was told that the stone had fallen off because the bands had bent.</p> <p>I paid just over R500 for the repairs.</p> <p>I collected my ring from the Cradlestone store on Sunday the 23rd of July 2017.</p> <p>It took over 4 weeks for me to get my ring back.</p> <p>On the 26th of July, I noticed that again (third stone to fall off), I have another missing stone on my ring (this is 3 days after I collected my ring).</p> <p>What is the reason for this, this time because the bands are not bent now.</p> <p>According to the feedback I received from the Cradlestone store, I will need to pay again to have my ring fixed. She told me that my ring only had a 6month guarantee from date of purchase (I bought my ring in 2011, and in 2014 the first stone fell out (I wasn't charged to fix this - the 6 months story didn't apply here - why?).<br />Doesn't NWJ have a guarantee on all repairs? Are all my stones going to fall off one at a time and will I have to keep paying to have them replaced?</p> <p>I saw on nwj's facebook page that this is a general problem with most of the NWJ rings - the stones come off.</p> <p>Why should I pay for this?</p> <p>I was also told by the store representative that I should've specified when I took my ring in, that all the stones should be secured (this is an extra service charged separately). What??? Isn't this part of the repair / cleaning / quality control process?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I would like to lay a complaint against Mercedes-Benz.</p> <p>In March 2017, I applied for a re-structure which was approved at the end of March, for an amount of R3613.03pm.<br />At the end of April 2017, an installment of +/- R7000.00 went off on my account.</p> <p>I have been querying this since the first of May to date without any assistance from the Financial Department. I phone in almost on a daily basis and I'm told to leave my contact details and that someone would get back to me. However, no-one phones me back.</p> <p>Again, on the 29th of May 2017, an installment of +/- R7000.00 went off my account and again today I phoned in since 11h00 this morning and still no assistance.</p> <p>Firstly, Mercedez-Benz (Maturity Department) started to debit my account this year with the installment of +/-R7000.00 without my consent. As far as I know, they were supposed to contact me so that an agreement can be made between myself and them on the new installment. <br />Secondly, the debit order goes off on the incorrect date. They debit my account on the 28th / 29th of the month - The debit order has always gone off on the last day of the month, but they've changed this in 2017, again, without my consent.</p> <p>I phone in to inquire about my account and all they do is put me on hold for a long time and promise to return my call, but they dont keep their word.</p> <p>Ndileka Labane was dealing with this matter from March, but she doesnt return my calls and hasnt resolved this matter to date. She's never available when I phone in and it seems no-one else can assist. The complaints Manager (Salome) also promised to phone me back - nothing to this point!</p> <p>I need this matter resolved ASAP! I would like for my debit order date to be corrected. I want my money back and the restructure to be corrected.</p>
