Poor Services
Macdonald's Jubilee Mall is terrible. bad customer service, rude cashiers and I've never been to that place and got a satisfactory service. They sell you meals and don't bother to inform you when they don't have some of the things that are included in the meals and decide upon themselves what they will substitute with.... They are taking advantage of the fact that it is the only one in Hammanskraal and we are honestly loving it but we can't always eat our meals while we are unhappy. Kindly fix this because i am not the only customer unhappy about this.... Please correct this from the top of the management hierarchy.

Best Courier Company

Unhappy customer
I have made a lost cellphone claim in February, submitted relevant documents and paid the excess fee. My claim is still not processed. I won't recommend it to anyone, I'm sorry.
