Being with Miway for some time now, there is no other insurance I want to join because of their good service and treatment I had over the several years - thanks Miway for being by my side all the way
For me this does not feel good to write a negative review of a business, but if one do deserve to not do business (truly), are people that lie, not honest, what they post in their adverts and what you get differ, once you buy from them you have endless problems.. with this said is not the car but the business that sold the car. They messed up from the beginning and to take that responsibility took more than 2 months, with up and down communication. The sales person that start with the deal, block you. One on old end wants to cancel the CASH deal only to find out that that is against their Policy (which one -- not sure) as this was very strange, went to see the 1 owner.. like very calm customer, and felt like he had some of his friend organized to be their - as if it was his body guards. Being still trying to be calm the owner said : " this is going to end up in a fight" maybe because the body guards were there .. how funny to treat a client this way that just bought a car cash from them. We were told to give them one more change to fix the problem they cause with car bought as the first time when car went back they messed up the car paint, brought car back without car radio, wires hanging out.. the paintwork looks like painted with a paint brush, small white spots over the black paint of the car.. We gave them the change to fix what they messed up, when we at last went again to fetch the car, al seem to be fine, only to see that the one driver door rubber where they damaged it was not change as they said but just the cut in the rubber just turn around to the bottom of the door, also did they had to take out the windscreen of the car at first not even a rubber around where it should have been, this was fixed second round, but at the top of the windscreen in the middle when you wash the car leaked in.. All this seem to be a mouth full - but hopefully if someone goes and buy from them with this article - they will have better treatment. Never again..
If I can't pay my premium.. Platinum life always listen and help me to reduce it so I can keep my insurance
I had to cancel a portion of my policy due to personal reason, when I did so, I received a call from: Ethresia @ Platinum life, very friendly and extremely helpful, without trying to change my decision like some Companies do, she accepted my decision, and assisted me with a lower premium and I could keep my Cancer Policy

I want to say thank you for the great service I received from Busisiwe Manana. Hearing her voice on phone and great service she gave me light up my day. I had a claim submitted and as usual MiWay came to my rescue once again I can not express my thanks enough, I truly believe that MiWay is one of the best Insurances out there, and this is because of the people like Busisiwe
My child bought a motor bike from sales person and now that the deal is done there are lots of issues to get his paperwork of which he was charged for ie: Engine warranty, licence disc, also when he called to ask for things to be fixed on bike the salesman ignores him sadly he trusted and signed docs. We contacted the sales person again and still he ignores, thus why did my child pay for the engine warranty, if something happens how will he claim without any proof but just the money paid that was added to his contract from the bank Also was mentioned that he will not pay for delivery fee and still was added. When someone buy a car/vehicle and pays for registration, you will get your licence disc/plates/ and must be put through the test. Currently very unhappy. Hope to hear from the sales person soon otherwise we will be forced to either get the money back that he paid for no service received or get legal advise how to go forward.
I just had to share my experience yesterday at the Dis-Chem in Middelburg Mall: I love going to Dis-Chem - don't get me wrong, love shopping there, because of the variety of goods: When I was finished at the till and left Dis-Chem I was stopped by the Security Lady at the door, telling me that I was not allowed to go out with the trolley that I have, I was so shocked could not believe my ears, I was asked to wait so someone can escort me out to get the trolley, I was also in a hurry so that kept me back, I was waiting for quite a while when a gentleman had to walk with me. I did complaint and said but why, what happen in future if one buys a lot of Items and each time gets escorted outside, I then went up to Spar outside I had to pack my Dis-Chem trolley over to the Spar trolley. So now what do we need to do, get an outside trolley to shop at Dis-Chem not to be embarrassed with the same situation? How come the clients are treated this way? I need to ask. They want us to shop there and need to take all the bags you shopped out of the trolley to carry to your car???? I think they need to re-consider their process, as I understand maybe they have the frustration of trolleys that are outside, BUT why make it the customer's problem, WHY can they not do the same as all the bigger shops get specific individuals to collect now & then the trolleys from outside? I buy a lot from them now and then, just feel like not going there anymore, I do believe more people will feel the same,
On the 6th of Nov 2020, Retention Specialist Vuyiswa Cele, helped me to look at my premiums and gave me good advise and to my lower premiums so that it was affordable -- looking back what happened all in 2020, indeed this was good news for me and Good Customer Service by Vuyiswa Cele .
