Old School ltd I placed an online order on 1 December and only received it on 17 December. Unfortunately, I was unaware that your clothing is slim‑fit, and both the Orlando Pirates jersey and quarter‑zip sweater purchased were tight around the hips. On 18 December, I attempted to exchange the items at the Supersport Old School store in Randburg, as it was closest to me, but was advised that the store caters for specific customers and does not allow walk‑ins from outside. I then went to Sandton City, where I was able to exchange the jersey for a size large. However, the quarter‑zip sweater was not available in medium or large. The sales assistant kindly checked stock availability and confirmed Rosebank had a medium. I travelled to the Rosebank store, tried on the medium, but unfortunately it was still too tight, and no large size was available. I returned again on 22 December to check if new stock had arrived, but there were still no large sizes available. I then proceeded to return the Orlando Pirates Quarter Zip Sweat – Black (Size S). The sales assistant who assisted me with the return advised that cash refunds are not permitted and that the system did not allow for a voucher or store card to be issued, as the return was automatically linked to my online profile. I was further informed that an amount of R1,049.00 had been credited to my online account. However, despite this assurance, no such credit is reflecting on my profile to date. This is unacceptable, as a customer should not be denied access to funds that were confirmed as processed, particularly where no alternative refund method (cash or voucher) is made available. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), consumers are entitled to fair, transparent, and timely handling of returns and refunds. I therefore request that this matter be resolved without further delay, either by reflecting the credited amount on my online profile or by processing a refund to my original payment method.
Where do I begin?... My first time experience was terrible where my fingers were roughed up to a point where I was bleeding, my cuticles were hurting for almost two weeks. Second experience when soaking off the gel on my toes same thing happened, my poor toes got roughed up and one of the technicians who was doing my toes notified me that I was bleeding. While doing pedicure I could see she is not covering the entire nail when applying the gel nail polish and I told her about it, and I ended up thinking maybe I was tripping only to see when I got home no man I was right she didn't get the entire nails on some toes. Then to top it all the acrylic nails are lifting after a week. I went to the salon on Saturday(because I work during the week, plus it's the day I noticed that they were lifting) to get them fixed. The nail technician app**** gel base but they were still lifting. She tried filing them too, but they were still lifting. After that they tell me I have to pay for fixing because of a 7 days fixing policy and that I came on the 8th day. That the color I had on is not even available anymore. 🙄 Does it make sense and is it fair for me to pay a week later for something that is supposed to last 3 to 4 weeks without lifting? To me it clearly says the quality of products/work was poor and why should I have to pay twice because of poor quality products/work? I don't even know why I went the second time after that unpleasant first experience. Oh and appointments are just a formality they mean nothing. Once bitten, twice shy! The driver was 15 minutes late with my order. He didn't even let me know that he had arrived, the app indicated he was 2min away a while but I could see he in in my street and I decided to go out to check where he was. Only to find him at the gate. The wrap is cold and the smoothly soggy and watery. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied about the quality of food. I this is not acceptable. The they have the audacity to only refund of R11.50, While the smoothie is R75, that doesn't make sense at all.
I bought a Bondsonic fan heater in December and only used it twice the 3rd I tried to use it, it didn't work. It over heats at the back when you switch it on and does not do anything. I called and reported it last month and was told to log a return, but I still have not received any communication regarding the return. I'm still waiting for my refund. Why should I stay with a heater that is not working while I hardly used?
Provided a service to one of their clients in November 2023. The client paid them for the initial service, and they did not pay me. I kept on following up for months on end for the payment, but the owner Theo ended up being rude to me and made his personal issues mine, while I had already rendered a service and was just merely requesting what is rightfully due to me. Even to this day a year later I am still waiting for my R4 500.00. I do not recommend anyone to partner with Theo from Harvey Administration (Pty) Ltd on anything.
Sun and Stars Lodge in Benoni wow! 🚮They don't even deserve a star at all. Zero stars is what they deserve. We got there 14/06/2024 at 10pm at night. When we arrived the gate was closed and the intercom was not working. Called the contact number listed under the business contact and the lady said they are fully booked, when I told her that I paid and got a booking confirmation she said she will get with the house keeper and get back to me as there might be a double booking. Like really? We waited for 10 minutes waiting for her to come. Imagine two ladies waiting outside the gate on a cold winter night in South Africa. She isn't even care about our safety. I don't even understand how their booking system double books didn't make sense to me. The when she finally arrived he had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to prepare our room. Totally unprofessional. When we got to our room she didn't even have the decency to show us around or tell us if there was wifi or give us the password. Didn't show us the bathroom, there was supposed to be tea, coffee, sugar and water but there was none just a kettle. She didn't even tell us what time will breakfast will be served or where should we check out since it seemed like they don't even have a reception area. When we made the booking it clearly said there was breakfast included but everyone seemed confused when we asked them about our breakfast and told us to call the owner who was nowhere to be found and didn't answer any of our calls after 4 attempts of calling we ended up just leaving.
Took my laundry there to be washed and folded end of March. I don't know why I took so long to check it. But did my white clothes not come back more dirty than when I took them there. Disgusting. 🚮
Best customer service at Woolworths Valley Centre Craighall Park. Returned a product delivered vis the dash app and there was no hustle, I got a refund card and used it same time. Everyone was helpful from the security guard at the door to the cashiers.
Good day Please help me understand how is it that I went to your an optometrist under your network and you don't even pay a quarter of the amount invoiced? Make it make sense, an invoice for R3 150.00 which I had to pay and you only refund R599.00, this is ridiculous. How do you not know how much your network providers charge when you choose them? Where have you seen frames for less than R1500.00 especially at Torga Optical? What is the point of having the top-up plan then? Because it is as good as useless. So I'm just paying the premium for nothing. Will not recommend it to anyone. Cancelling it period!
The products are not for all skin types. Got a rash and still have one. Used the products for almost two months thinking maybe my skin was just adjusting to the products but nope nutjong changed. They even hit my previous review removed after one of their agent called me. They have a 60 days money back guarantee but it is a ****. Apparently there are different terms and conditions depending how you ordered the products.. Does that even make sense? Mean time their invoice does not say so. Never again. Stay away from IG!
