Hi there, i've been trying to get hold of someone at Tecsareco to assist me with a Kelvinator appliance, i have used whatsapp & email, this has turned out to be such a waste of time, i am still waiting for some kind of reply. This is definitely not good customer service, so disappointed.
Hi guys, i know this has been going on for donkey years, i just want to touch on credit card charges, OMG has one actually sat down & go through the details of all the charges, personally it's daylight *******, i'm surprised Standard Bank doesn't bill us for the electricity & oxygen used to collect info to bill us, watch that space. It's crazy
Good day, on the 27th & on the 31st of March 2025 i sent an email to Karcher customercare, explaining to them the problem i am experiencing with a Karcher pressure washer that i have purchased brand new about 6 months ago, i have received an automated email from Karcher telling me that someone will get in touch with me in a couple of hours, till today the 2nd of April 2025 no one has tried to get hold of me, so disappointing & this is Karcher.
Hi guys, Outsurance advertising states that one can receive R500 if Outsurance cannot beat your current insurer or R1500 if you have been claim free for 3yrs or more. I received a call from Outsurance, long story short they did not beat my current premium, came up with so much excuses not to pay the R500. I feel Outsurance is not being transparent.

Good day, i popped in at the Porra Grocer in Somerset West today to purchase a nice Family sourdough bread for R36.99 or R39.99, this was at about 2pm,when the assistant at the bakery wanted to put the bread into a paper bag, i asked her is it today's bread? She rep**** no, this is yesterday's bread, i said no thank you ,for that price, i don't even feed my ***s at the farm with old bread, so why must i take old bread to feed my family at home, the owner can purchase that bread himself & take to his family at home. So disappointed.
Hi there, our internet service stopped working Friday evening, until today nothing has been resolved, yes they have communicated, but i haven't been able to work on my PC due to no internet service, that's so unacceptable 4 days with no service. I wonder if they will reimburse us, we pay every single month without a fail because it's debited obviously . Thanks
Why is it that no one from Mastercare has communicated with me yet, i have sent them an email a few weeks ago.
Hi there i must say we are quick to write complaints but this time i must say to the new CEO of Eskom, well done with suspending loadshedding for now keep it up, i can imagine it's not easy but so far so good. Awesome
