Internet down for two weeks and they just don't care to help. Pathetic service!
Bought an AX20 Activ and i don't think it works as its suppose. I first asked the question via their website. Nothing. I now sent 3 emails to their customer support email (customercare@fluidra.co.za), still nothing! This thing is not cheap but as its working now a R600 budget model will do the job better. I am just looking for help!
Was meant to understand that if i pay extra my goods will be delivered overnight by The Courier Guy. I specifically choose this option because i needed the stuff urgently. I did NOT get my goods the next day, only day after at 12:00.
Returned a product. They said will take 3-5 days to credit me. Now 11 days and still nothing. Seems as if nobody knows whats going on. Everyone will 'escalate' but nothing happens. They now sit with nearly R10,000 of me AND the product i returned! I see they dont do HelloPeter, probably because of the bad reviews.
New user of Afrihost Mobile. <br> Was suppose to be credited with R158 airtime beginning of month. This just never happened. <br> According to them it did but i am 100% it did not. Been nearly a week now that im battling with them and nobody can help me. <br> Some supervisor (Stefan) promised he will call back within minutes...that was 24 hours ago. <br> It is just unbelievable! <br> And have been put on hold and cut off consequently numerous times. <br> Probably hope i will just go away.
Received an upgrade (Sony Xperia M5) on Monday 23 November, by Friday 27 November the phone broke and is not usable.<br> I can only return via call center but they just do not answer!<br> Been on hold now 3 times for more than 30 minutes but NOBODY answers!<br> In the meantime i am without a phone.

To get anything done via the email support is just about impossible.<br> They have supposedly done various changes but NOTHING has helped so far and it has been more than a week!<br> I have another ticket open that, for the last week, just gets ignored. Send you a email if they can close the ticket on a Friday, if you do not reply within 48 hours they close it on their own accord. Told them how many times to NOT close the damn thing!
