Good day i have bought BMW N54 engine vanos and paid R5500 they are not working, I returned them now they do not want to return the new one nor my refund Autozone Karite motor spares in no 58 Human street in Krugersdorp. Company Reg No: 2010/058998. I need my money back.
I have made a claim with bestmed before my my medical aid terminated but still now they have not paid they are making excuses regarding the payment.
My mom bought bedding from home choice and she has been paying over not what was expected for her monthly installment, now they are calling her they said she is owing home choice, we have alll the proof of payment, her name is Mocheche Margery Seane, Reference / Account number 11447287967436, she doesn't owe anything instead home choice owes her, she over paid.
Good day I have log a claim for my cellphone that got lost on the 31st December 2019, went to the police station on the 02 January 2020 and went to Edgars in Randfontein on the 03 January 2020, my claim was successful and the requested the sum of R1800 because i am claiming for the second time in a year period, excess was paid and they called me to choose a cellphone which I did and they told me I have to top up the excess with R100 due to the phone that I am requesting and that was done on the 17th January 2020 I am now still awaiting for the phone till today and I was told the phone will be delivered not later than the 22nd January 2020 and nothing called on thursday the 23 January the told me turn around time is 5 working days I called again on friday the 24 January 2020, I was then told 7 working days to day is 7 working day and now they cant get hold of the supplier.. WHAT IS GOING ON? CAN I HAVE THE STRAIGHT ANSWER ON WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY PHONE?...
I was the guardian for my son for more than 5 years he turned 18 years last year, I know that they must talk to him now they tried contacting him but he was at school and we can't return the calls because they are not working on weekends, but we manage to contact them on school holidays and he was sent an email with a form to complete and returning it to them with banking details and certified copy of his id card, we were given instructions that it must be clear the force number and the police name must be clear which we had done and send the completed form via email with those documents which were sent on the 09 December 2020, we got an email stating that they acknowledge our email and turn around time for our queries to be resolve its 5-10 working days, I did understand when we called in January 2020 on the 03rd if I remember we were told that it was delayed due to holidays its the 21st today no response and were never told when will the payment be made we even called yesterday we done a conference call with Thando and Fairheads after school the answer was not clear. I am getting involved because Thando can't take this matter forward as he is the child and most of the time he is at school.

I was informed by the spouse of my sons late father Sibusiso Landlord Lushozi , identity number: 790901 5696 08 6 who passed away in 2013 that he had an educational policy (waiver) policy number: 69668N101576165 with old mutual, we went to old mutual in Alberton to inquire about that policy, we were informed that yes Thando Hector Radebe, identity number: 010303 5748 08 6 has an Educational policy but we cant excess it only him can when he reach the age of 18, we then proceeded to old mutual on the 12 June 2019 but we could not view the value of the policy as they needed to ask for them at their head office, later i did a follow up with customer care in writing as we needed to find out how much is there when does it reach maturity because we wanted to save it for his Varsity planning but I was told that there is R631.44 which was not enough and I was told at the Alberton branch that there are funds available and also was informed by Courtney Mc Cree that the policy elapsed in 2013, i do agree due to the main member passed away in April 2013 and according to my understanding he took a waiver policy in case he passed away. Kindly let us have the clarity on how there are no funds?
i had claim for my lost phone IPHONE 5S and they gave me SAMSUNG A7plus which i was paying R175.00 after that they debited R255.00, I called and asked why was I wasn't notified about debit order changing they said its for SAMSUNG A7plus "BUT THEY ARE SAME VALUE". I went to insure 2 phones for my children SAMSUNG A2 core and Huawei Y5lite they Only debit for only one phone Y5lite, i also called and told them that they must debit for A2 core they also told me that i should confirm my banking details one number was wrong and I was still paying for IPHONE 5S i told Sheree to cancel IPHONE 5S as it does not exist anymore she told that I will be paying R66 each for all my 3 phone which is R66 Samsung A2core, Huawei Y5lite and Samsung A7 plus, but to my surprise they debited R66.00 and R175.00, how many cellphone insurance registered with finrite and how much should i pay for as debit orders change every now and then. i am insured for SAMSUNG A7 plus, SAMSUNG A2 core and Huawei Y5lite.
I have lodged a claim with hellopeter before and still haven's received replacement of my phone, no communication, nobody is contacting me I am the one that is always doing the follow up and they emailed me that they don't have stock for the phone that I wanted and they also waited for me to call them, they told me their other supplier has it but i have to pay an extra R750. his is not fair a total of R1550.00 including R800.00 for excess.
REPORTED/CLAIMED A STOLEN PHONE ON THE 1ST FEBRUARY 2019 THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO INFORM ME IF MY CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED , I EVEN HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK FOR BANKING DETAILS TO PAY EXCESS AND TILL TO DATE NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO CHOOSE THE PHONE OR DELIVERY ADDRESS.. BUT TO DEBIT THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME
