Waiting for Warranty Approval!
My car is in at Penta Klerksdorp for a week and not getting any updates whatsoever! When I call, I am told they are waiting on warranty approval. How long does this ever take??? Someone help me!

I app**** for a Fibre connection and it has been a mission and horrible experience with them cancelling my orders, relogging, and no one calls to assist me. I have cancelled my subscription with a reputable ISP, VOX, and regret it BIG TIME. 6k bad reviews or 7k? Thats shocking, I am cancelling my order.

Worried about our safety and the response from ADT!
We were faced with an intruder running away from a crime they had committed. We pressed the emergency button twice, and there was a call from ADT., I live with an elderly person and not certain if this service is of any good anymore!

I will never ever buy anything from this store again. They advertise items with prices on their website and cancel your order when the pricing is incorrect. I placed an order of 25 hardware items to the value of R14 as advertised and they cancelled my order days later after realised the price was wrong. They immediately went and updated the price to almost double the original price. Now I must wait 14 business days for a flippin' refund!!!

Shocking Online Store Service
Shocking service ever. I ordered online on the 11th and I was called by driver trying to confirm my address and he never delivered anything till date. I called their courier partner, I mailed Converse nothing solid from them. I need to cancel my order since it seems like I won't be getting my parcel, everyone here is complaining about the turn around times and wrong addresses used like my case too. Do Not order from their online store if you want to save yourself frustration. You are warned.

Very Happy Now!
Ozow works against UniFi, it is passing the payments over to you Unif Late. But Thank you to Jeney from UNiFi for the great service always calling to update me on the progress of my payments which were not reflecting. The matter is now solved and Thank you again.
