My Vodacom account is in arrears. I phoned accounts in November 2025 to make payment arrangements, as I previously had done. The lady I spoke to said she can't help me because my account was only on 30 days outstanding, I can only make arrangements when it is on 60 days outstanding. Yesterday (08/12/2025) both my and my husbands phone stopped working, we can't even access our banking apps (which works when even when we don't have data). Today (09/12/2025) I tried to make a call, and got a prerecorded message saying my account is suspended. I did not even get a warning email or anything stating that this will happen. I then went to a Vodacom shop for assistance and they gave me the following number to call, 0821946, stating that even thought my account is suspended I can still make calls to this number. Turns out I can't. So now my phone is locked, I can't access my banking or anything. With no warning, and after I did call to make payment arrangements and was denined. This is utterly unprofessional. I've been with Vodacom for years. I want an email address for Vodacom accounts so this can be sorted out. Seeing that I can't even call them. I work retail, so phoning me won't help, as I'm not allowed to have my phone with me. I want an EMAIL ADDRESS. Once this is sorted out and I'm paid my outstandings, I will proceed to cancel both my contracts with Vodacom, because just dropping your client just like that even when they did want to make payment arrangements is disgraceful.

I am a homeowner, NRE is our body corp. They are quick to take our fees, but our parking does not get maintained, the amount of damage that the tenants had suffered due to break-ins is horrendous. I first brought it under their attention in 2019, nothing has happened since. I now sit with over R15 000.00 worth of damage on my vehicle. On top of this, they just ignore my emails. During the last two weeks I have mailed several people asking for a proxy form, I even phoned once. Still no feedback received. I you ever consider a body corp for your property, I would advise strongly against National Real Estate. They do not care.
Utterly disappointed in their service. My supplier has been using them for years, and I always received my parcel on time. Now all of a sudden my number is supposedly not working (even though I did receive my delivery sms), then the excuse is that my address is wrong, next time I followed up it's a different story. Been struggling for about a week now just to get my parcel. My small business is suffering the consequences of Aramex's incompetence. Logged a complaint at 14:00, the agent never got back to me, I need to keep following up.
Although I can't complain about the computer and tech department at Compuden, I am greatly disappointed in their service concerning the installation of my air conditioning unit. I have been waiting for them to install the trunking for my unit (outside as well as inside) since March 2020. Every time I arrange for them to install it they just never pitch, they don't even have the decency to let me know that they can not make it. The pipes outside are being exposed to the weather, who is going to pay for damage to my unit due to their negligence. I will not recommend them for any AC related services.
