Yesterday I spoke to Mashoto, iI asked her/him to upgrade my Dstv to second package and he said i will R129. I didnt send a link to pay. Today was chatting to AZ Mbhalehle she useless like Mashoto. Theg both doesnt listen. I dont know how you hired them. It take two day to reconnect Dstv. AzZ failed to send me a lond to pay the correct amount, your service is pathetic

On Saturday the 28 of may I went to omf old mutual (katlehong) when I entered the brunch only to find out that they need an ID card and I forget it in car I told the lady that I'm going to fetch it my car and when I came back I waited for the lady to call me she didnt call me and I asked her why she is not calling me , she was very rude , her customer service is very pathetic and they said she did a manager I'm surprised why do hire people like her ,she doesn't listen and she doesn't care about clients.she doesn't qualify to be a manager ,her leadership skills are very poor.i am not happy at all her name is Nobuhle. I have with you for more than two years now but because of missing one premium in October you decided to can my policy . How can you can the policy because of missing one month premium ? Initialy i made arrangement with Tshepo about the payment Tshepo which you were debiting the amount we agreed on and he said the last payment of the arrangement it is October or November all of sudden you started debiting my account twice.i spoke to several agents and I requesed the recording and feedback no one is giving me feedback.last weekend I called you and I spoke to this other lady she said I must discount she will call me but she never called.
