I had an FNB loan which i paid 2019 but sill appear on credit bureau that I owe them which is not the case i have been escalating the matter multiple time but did not get any response till to date
Good day I can say that I have nothing but a terrible experience at FNB. I took a loan with you of 400 and paid it up but it still appears on my credit profile that its outstanding and this is last year, this is really affecting my credit profile on bureau as it appears that it is one of my monthly commitment amounts . i have never ever seen such terrible service in my life , i have applied for a DStv explora with installation on price lock and i was told that it covers full installation and my montly fee will be R649 a month. the courier that delivered the package only delivered a decoder and a wificon nothing more. i was then told that i need a voucher to get the installers to install, i told them that these mentioned above were the only items that was delivered. i then went to chat online with Litha you is managed by Mpho Leimela and Nohlanhla Sibanda. the Girl did not know her product ,gave me incorrect information and also closed the chat while were still chating. i just want to know cancel the service as the consultant that made the application advised that the pacake comes with installation
my name is Sipho Dyamle cell ********** 017 I have been taking loans with Tripple advance investment since 2018 i usually take three months loans as well as six months loans. i have paid up all my loans but they have not updated my profile on credit bureau i have requested for this to be attended to as it is affecting my credit report but my requests were all in vain. this is really affecting my credit profile as when i am applying for credit i get declined as they say that i have commitments that are more than my salary. it was easy when they inserted my information on Bureau but now it is difficult for them to remove me. i am really disappointed and now have to beg them to update my information how pathetic is this !!!. i spoke to the senior manager (operations manager ) but he is not of good help himself i really do not know what to do anymore i even called FSB and NCR to intervene
My name is Sipho Dyamle, contacy number ********** 017 I have a problem this company debited my account and i have no agreement with them . i really dont know how they got my details and who gave them permission to debit my bank . i have reversed the debit order as i have no agreement with them . i really want to speak to someone senior to explain to me as to how they got my details.
<p>this company is really bad bad the treat customers like **** and their corrospodent employees , i took my phone for repair apparrenly they said that the company is no longer opperating when i went to collect my phone. even their employees were not told they just foung the gates closed</p>
