I'm trying to sort out my stokvel account with makro. I have been trying to call and send emails but I'm not getting any response. I lost our card,send email to cancel the card but keep the account active.. The card was stopped not sure if the account is active bcos I tried to do a eft of R50 into the account sometime in January however it's still not showing. When I call makro, I'm transfered all the time to the shop stubensvalley but still they don't answer their phones. I have send numerous email but they don't answer.. Will wanna start depositing the money and we need to be sure if the account is stil active.. Itd already march and no efts are done so far bcos of the non commutation from them can someone call me Lerato 0731453667
I have been listed by home choice for the account I don't even have or never had. They even send my name to collections under MBD. My name is listed and that hampers with my credit score for the account I told them I don't have in 2022..still appearing to date
2nd review Im putting here regarding Lion life.. Don't know if I will get feedback. What kind of company is Lion life.. Company that's communicate with it's clients only by watsup. Im getting calls and sms for a homechoice account that i dont even have .I was called last year to say i need to settle the account ,i told them i have never opened a homechoice account ,and according to their records i work for dept of health while im with dept of education.I send affidavit disputing and my id copy ,was removed from their list.i stopped getting calls ,to my surpise they have started calling and smsng me .what bothers me is that i will be listed or something that is *****lent and its going to be a hustle to clear my name.i tell the consultants that its a *****elnt acc but still i get calls and msgs
Im not happy at all with their service.They administering my moms annuity however we dont get any updates from them monthly statement whatsoever.Her pension was moved with the other clients from NFG administrators because of the court battle they had and clients were not told .Only when their salaries were stopped thats when clients got to know.With Nfg admins client were able to get updates all the time.Its been a year waiting for for them to send updates documents and what amount they have so far they playing games.They are unreachable they oly communicate via WATSUP.What kind of business are they running yet they are making profit from their clients monthly but cannot service here.I dont whether they take advantage bcos they dealing with senior citizens or wha***** been a year waiting for the figures ,all they do is they waiting for their acturies to send them .It doesnt take a year for acturies to calculate but a week only unless if they want to rob their client.Right now my aunt passed they holding her funds ,we dont know what is happening ,lawyers are involved but they still waiting for their acturies.Something doesnt make sense here client Dinah Kgabe id no 5612150841085 late aunt rebecca magashule 5004220709080 im writing this review on behalf a lot of senior citizens that are frustated by lion life can the statement and policy documents that i have been waiting for be send to leratokgabe@gmail.com cell number 0731453667 my name Lerato Kgabe
I am NOT HAPPY at all with the service I received from MTN. Even after complaining ,I still don’t get answers. I have been waiting for my feedback for 2 weeks and last night I decided to go back to protea gardens after seeing that I am not getting any feedback .Mtn staff just don’t care ,not at all .I am beginning to suspect that the wrong package given to me ,was done deliberately to their own gain and commission .I still asked if how much will my debit be ,instead no one knows ,have to wait for an sms ..Why must I wait for an sms when they need to know if I will pay R200 as per agreement ,why must I wait for an sms..What frustrates me it’s the staff was aware but no one cares to be calling me to resolve my query ,only last night when I went in ,it was resolved. Now I want know if my REFUND will be done for the extra amount that was debited or I must still make time again to go back to them and demand MY REFUND..MTN SERVICE REALLY SUCKS ,I regret making business with them. They not even apologetic as if I caused all these ,especially for them inconveniencing me with my finances as if it was my fault or I don’t know how a top up contract works ,or didn’t know what I applied for. Especially MONDLI who promised to call me ,..to date he hasn’t called me back!
<p>I lost my phone which was a prepaid phone 3 months ago . Having financial difficulties and seeing that I will be unable to buy a new phone , I decided to go to Mtn Protea Gardens Mall to apply for a contract phone. Being a loyal Mtn customer for over a decade and also had a previous contract phone with them . I was happy that it was approved and I specifically chose the package I know I will definitely afford. I decided to take the P9 lite for R299 which I was then told that I might be billed the R299 or less R199. To my surprise , I never got all that was promised. On the first month I was given 30 gigs of Data , 100 sms and 100 gigs of data . The only thing I got was my 50 minutes of airtime however they debited R595 which is something I didn’t sign for. I called mtn , they gave me an explanation which didn’t make sense and I went back to MTN gardens , a call was logged and my sms and data were loaded , but still didn’t get free data . Second month they debited R475, I called mtn again they told me about limits that I didn’t have which I specifically stated that I need to be on top up option once I have finished my usage. They still gave me explanation I didn’t understand , it really didn’t make any sense. Last week I got another sms for a debit order of R475 which I don’t have . Decided to go back to MTN gardens to complain. Escalation was done to their head office and was told I will be contact by Tuesday the latest . Instead of contacting me , I received an sms , no one is calling . Is this how Mtn is communicating with their clients. Are they avoiding me in a way. What about the extra cash that was debited , I WANT A REFUND for that amount which I can use for something else. I stopped the debit and opted for cash payment , because MTN is stealing from me. I don’t trust them anymore. Being loyal means been taken for granted by Mtn. I am starting to believe all those clients that have complained about you, I never thought I would be one of them. You are such liars who steal and provide poor to non existing service, your advertising is FALSE. I AM VERY ANGRY WITH YOUR SERVICE.</p>
