Buffalo logistics staff is the worst people i have ever dealt with From the call center they send you from pillar to post, their chat box is ever more pathetic. I was transferred to Ferdernand Manoko on the chat who never even bothered to say hello - he/she ignore me I ask them to change my phone number for the parcel- I am explaining. Still now they say the system cant - how will the driver get hold of them ? Its not their point

2022 I took a two year contract with MyOwn ISP and have been paying to a specific Account number from my bank app. Over the years, I have been paying to this account that I was given to when I took the contract and not their ABSA Account that I got today and they have been receiving the money every month with no fail. 31 January 2024, I paid to the same account but they never received it I am assuming it is because the contract ended on 4 January 2024. I called the Accounts Department, my account is handled by a lady called Angie Mantjie who just told me stratight on that this is not our account number, pay the account then we will reconnect, The rude Angie was unwilling to assist me in getting to the bottom of how this could have happened All she says is this is not our account number - which is fair but I tried to show her that for the past two years I have been paying to the same account number and had never had issues, to her that did not matter. All she says is you need to pay so we can reconnect until I told her how rude and cold she is to a customer. This woman is very unprofessional, she disturbs you while you are talking and trying to explain your point . After I have told her how unhappy I was with her services, she then said okay I will try to reconnect for 24 hours and you must pay, in a very rude tone as well. I have paid my account for the past two years without fail. And there is no way I can pay to an unknown account while they are receiving the money and only in January they are not receiving it.
I got my car (Mercedes) on 10 January 2023 after it went in for repairs on 15 November 2022. When I collected my car, I was told there are parts on backorder but I can have my car as it is now drivable. The bumper this monday, got loose, I still have not been called not even once since I collected the car on 10 January, when I call I am still told the parts are on backorder (2 months later) The services is very Bad

I tried to downgrade my life cover and was told there is a new quote, to this day since April I told them I am accepting the quote but they said they will send it for approval, I am still waiting and they debiting the same amount that I want to decrease. . I took a contract with Onair TV in December for the explorer decoder with free installation - to date, no one has come to install (two months later) They are now deducting from my account even though I told them I want to cancel due to bad service delivery. Their agents are rude and do not listen
