Quick, Efficient and helpful staff- resolved my issue with minimal delays.
The issue with an online order placed over 2 weeks ago, still not delivered. Followed up over 10 times and it’s conflicting information. The tracking number does not populate- the social media team and call centre agents are rude, not helpful, misinformed and ready to answer without applying themselves. Spoke to Nox, disgustingly rude and has zero customer service understanding. YOU GUYS ARE IN THE WRONG yet not even an apology for this mess up, instead dead silence on the phone and continued lies. Held on the phone for over 30mins for a manager, still nothing, very eager to go ahead and cancel an order but not willing to resolve and give accurate information
Tedious claims process- after approval you have to wait days for a voucher to repurchase a phone, thereafter you still need to wait 2 weeks as it’s on back order. Don’t even bother purchasing from them
Stay way- still waiting on my items after spending 10k and no customer service at all. I have to follow up and call and still nothing has been deliveredz
*****ulently upgraded me and now my membership has been paused and I’m expected to pay R1670 before it’s reactivated where I never requested an upgrade. Call logs and correspondence show that your employee *****ulently upgraded me and that a *****ulent debit order was initiated
I got a quote from Old Mutual iwyze. A day or two later, I contacted the company and asked that they not continue with the insurance cover. About a week later, I received an sms that the cover was reinstated without my consent or knowledge. I call again, an agent confirms that he has cancelled the cover. Fast forward on the 1st a debit order goes off. I call again, the agent confirms that it was incorrectly reinstated and premiums should not have been deducted. I ask for an immediate refund for the ***** that was committed against my account. He promised to call me back and has not. This is *******. I’m have sent multiple emails and called just to fix something that your agents and company did. Why was cover reinstated without my consent and then you go into my account and deduct my money? I am already covered by another insurer!
I have been querying a debit order for the past month. Been calling the call centre and it's the same story. "IT is looking into it" for a whole month. This is just unacceptable and I've had no feedback. Each time I call I'm promised a call back but it never comes through.
Worst service. Been sending documents since January 28th 2022 and you people still send me endless emails requesting the same documents. I then called your contact center, spoke to a lady, the most ridiculous service. She ignored questions I asked her, she didn't want to give me her email to send documents and instead kept me on hold saying she can't see my emails.
Rudest, ugliest attitude from this teller girl. Firstly they refused to refund me because I did not have the debit card used to purchase the item. Telling me they cannot refund me if I do not have the card used for purchase. Secondly when I came in she was speaking in a vernacular language thinking I wouldn't understand saying to a colleague "this child says she doesn't have the card used for purchase" I confronted her about it but she insisted that's how she refers to the colleague which she was lying about. She was loud and shouting back at me to a point where I raised up my hand to let her know she needs to stop. Will never shop at this store ever again. People talk about discrimination of black people but never about the discrimination black people cause to other races.
Called in to check the progress of my application for reality core. Got transferred from one to department to the next. I end up speaking to Thando Masimela, rude girl, rude tone, bottom of the barrel attitude. I ask her one simple question, am I going to be transferred once again because I've been sent to different 3 different departments already, ignores my question, had to ask her again and she has a snotty attitude in her response. So disgusting, she should look for another job if she hates speaking to people.
