My son and I have bought quite a few times from Mr Price online, and in general they are good and quick with deliveries. n the last 2 wees we ordered a scale, which didn't work. When contacted, the reply was to take it to a store to replace or refund. My problem with that is, we ordered online, as it is difficult to get to the store. We then ordered another one, until we could get to a store. The net one,, even though there should be a battery in, as per the packaging, there isn't. I now had to go buy another battery
I have ordered from them a few times, and most often seem to have a problem. I would rather use Checkers 60/60 in the future. Products don't get delivered, delivery times are long, and often gets moved until later. #BlackFriday
I ordered shoes online. The day I received it, I booked a return, as they were too big. I received 2 of exactly the same emails (or part emails) stating that the return have been booked. They then didn't collect. I then received a few emails telling me that the ticket was closed. I rep**** that the shoes were not collected yet. Today, I followed up again. Now they have stories that I must first take photos of the shoes, including the soles, and they will then decide if it can go back. My other option is to take it directly to a store. It will cost me more to get an uber to get to the closest store, than what I actally paid for the shoes!
My son took me to Hussar Grill, Kloof, for lunch to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the lunchtime special. The food and service were outstanding. The staff were all very friendly. I got very spoiled with a delicious ice cream, and even a bottle of wine. They really made it a special day. I will definitely support them again. Absolutely worth it
What a pleasure to do business with Douglas, from My Stationer. You can get all your stationary requirements from them, at a reasonable price. Not only will they source what you need, but deliver as well. I have often asked for something to be delivered, at short notice. It is always done with a smile. Definitely worth having them on speed dial.
We went to Butcher Block, Hillcrest, for lunch, the end of last month. I ordered coffee, which was brought with no milk, and I only got milk after asking for some. The starters were cold. We sent it back, and it came back still cold. After about an hour, or longer, we were still waiting for our main meal. I was never asked what I would like to have on my baked potato. It was brought with something on. Not sure what. The side of vegetables, was butternut and a stir-fry veg. They were both put into the same small bowl. The only food that was hot, was the actual steak. The service was absolutely atrocious. They were also not very busy, when we ere there, so that can not be used as an excuse. Next to us was a table of about 4-6 people. The chair of the one person broke. Even that, did not warrant too much response from the staff. Another chair was brought, with not a word . I did phone and asked to speak to a manager, but did not receive much response. He didn't seem to be too worried about bad service I took my food home, and heated it up at home. For the amount of money spent, we should rather have gone somewhere else, and received better service
Even though I have posted here twice before, and their generic answer was that somebody will call me, it still hasn't happened. They do not give money back, even though proof was sent numerous times, that they have been paid. I wonder how much money they collect like that, from customers? Without providing the service. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM. Even though I have also sent daily emails, I still have not had a response from them. The only reply I got, twice, was that the parcels get destroyed after 3 months. Yeah.... sure..... If they could just keep people's money, why not the parcels as well?
Companies must please not make use of Buffalo Internatonal Logistics Its the worst company ever. Complaints are not handled. One can not speak to a manager at all. I have been battling with them since 10/05/2024. Each time I phone, I'm being told it will be escalated. Always lots of excuses. It's such a shame that Temu uses them Typical South African company. No pride in their work, and absolutely NO customer service . I think they are ****ming eole ot of their money, with stupid excuses. They shouldn't be getting any stars. They won't pay my money back, and told me, a month later, to get it from my bank. The money is with their bank ( or their vendor's bank)
Tax and import duties have been paid on the 10th May 2024. I have sent them 4 proofs of payment, and followed up numerous times. They have now sent my parcel back, and keep blaming the vendor for the money not shmowing. They are completely useless.! Every time that I phoned, I got a different story, as well. I even asked to speak to a manager, and was told he/she will phone me back in an hour. Still waiting
