They don't even deserve this one star...dstv multichoice is such a poor service provider haven't been using them for a while but still the same struggles now...they are so unprofessional and your queries do not get resolved in time meanwhile you pay for a service that you don't receive and you wont even be compensated youbuse your airtime and they take their own ****** time ....
ABSA is disappointing me really now I have to revert to this platform in order to get assistance from them it's been more then a week and they have not even assisted me as yet...it's frustrating that you are out of the country and struggling to get help from your bank. I am a very disappointed customer. Very poor service indeed
To be honest you know when one require a service from any institute they can be very friendly and cooperative. In order for you to utilize their service, some time down the line the service just make a uturn. Capfin has been good to me when I need their service, but now when one needs their assistance when you are out of the country they do not even assist its been more then a month just requiring a settlement letter but even a statement they can't even send to one's email. Capfin your service is poor actually you just want people to stay in debt. You won't get any recommendations from me because you are very incompetent
Great service delivery even thou the matter is still being assessed but the response were super fast and I appreciate your service consultant Mbali from Capitec thank you for your diligence you will go far with that attitude. God bless
To be honest my recommendations for this store is zero... Can you believe it's been months struggling with this retail store I am only requesting to receive my statements as I usually did receive but a few months due to missing one payment coz I was away with work and couldn't go to the store they hand over and blacklist no i did not receive statements anu longer. They do no listen to your reasons adn simply don't care. Long story short I am paying every month but have no details to where I stand with this account can you believe email after email I send no success in them assisting. Most frustrating ordeal having to deal with them worst my only means of communication is via email as I am not in the country for some time but still no leniance from them
Telkom don't deserve any star... May I request an proficient agent from telkom contact me via email please as I am not in SA and my telkom number is not working.. Please i need assistance since this is the only way a person will het help by posting bad reviews telkom is a very poor service provider really
Telkom is one very corrupt mobile service who is charging customers for their incompetence.. Imagine saying I am in arrears but they are the ones that didn't deduct the installment and when I called them even to enquire why the payment were not taken, they told me no the previous payment covered the next month's payment now i receive sms that I am in arrears how fair is that... Telkom very poor service indeed... Will not recommend them to anyone
I don't even know where to start with expressing my frustration with telkom its been months of call to the call centre dealing with multiple incompetent consultants, now waiting for my order gave the consultant the adress where the delivery should come to they send it to the wrong adress but now I have to fix it by sending emails and emails to the delivery company imagine... I am already struggling with data connections for months which I have been complaining to telkom to but till today no resolution to my struggles... Telkom service is honestly terrible.. I am super disappointed as I am a loyal customer for years..
Greetings I would like to just share my dissapointment in the service from Sheet Street, I am currently working in a remote place where I do not have access to go to the shops I arranged with my husband to go on my behalf can you believe they turned him away saying they want the actual card to scan how stupid can one be really.. Now they wanna call and threaten me with blacklist... Pls
