After a long and frustrating day, I was in no mood to deal with car insurance changes. However, Wayne Cooper's prompt assistance and friendly demeanor truly brightened my day. His professionalism and efficiency made the process seamless. I highly recommend both Wayne Cooper and King Price for their exceptional service.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. I asked them to do some custom coding on an existing multivendor site. I wanted the Dokan dashboard gone as it was too complicated for users and I wanted shipping options included. They redid the whole site- no idea why. Then the costs kept adding- `I need to pay for this and that and then I needed unlimited lifetime webspace that I paid a pretty sum for. I never got it. They are still busy it has been almost a year and it is a nightmare. My website is still not workable, they are a bunch of ****mers. I would not recommend them to anyone. I lost a lot of money and a lot of time and I still do not have a working site.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would rate ythem less than zero. I asked them to assist with a multivendor marketplace website, when I approached them in August 2023, the website was already built but worked on Dokan and the operating was difficult, I needed some custom coding to make the listing process easier. I was quoted and told that it would take 10 days. They are still busy with the website! They rebuilt the whole thing, no one knows why. I was happy with the old site. This rebuilding took up until now and now they say they are building the functionalities. In December I complained online and was phoned and asked to take down my complaint immediately as it was bad for business. I told them I will not until the site os finished they promised for the next day and nothing happened, they marked my complaint as resolved???? It was never resolved. I was promised my site would be finished before end December, we are now in March 2024 and still no end in site. They keep adding costs and lying. I had to pay for unlimited webspace that they say is loading but still all the webspace I have is the space I bought from my web hosting company, it has been loading since October last year!!! They try to sell me other things all the time and say they cannot continue without me paying for these services that are now suddenly critical. I have never been so frustrated in my life! They are *****sters and *******s, they lie all the time. I do not know whether I will ever have a finished working site. I am extremely unhappy.
I ordered white cushions online on 13 Sep for a wedding 24 September. Only after after enquiring about my order this robbing 19 September after the delivery date was due, I get a phone call from the manager apologising for the 'inconvenience' but they do not have the stock they already sold to me and I have to pay an additional R1000 for something else. This is not inconvenient, this is bad customer service and completely unacceptable!
On Monday a guy from Vodacom was here at the connection point outside our house. We are the last in line and our fibre was workng perfectly. My husband asked him what he was doing and he had a ****y answer, got in his car and left and the fibre was off after this. We have made several calls, there were 3 people here, not one solved the issue. This is ridiculous! Come fix our line that your employee broke and send someone who can actually do the job!
We bought a Sony Playstation 5 remorte from Game in Heidelberg, Gauteng 02/09/2022. The remote started drifting and I took it back to the Game store in Heidelberg. They refused to refund, even though their policy on the website states the following: 6 month applied warranty If in the first six months of you having received your goods you find that they are unsafe or have a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to return the goods without penalty and at your discretion. Game will repair and replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods or refund you the purchase price that you have paid. We reserve the right to send the goods for a technical assessment to determine what the cause of the defect is. I even spoke to the manager, who also said that I had to send the remote in for a 21 day assessment. Can we please get a refund as is promised in your policy Game and get your staff up to date with your policies.
We have a home loan with Standard Bank. We were under Debt Review and our home loan was also on Debt Review. In August on the 10th, I contacted Standard Bank to get our premium, so that we could pay them directly. I was given an amount of R11,787.15, which I paid every month. We were contacted by lawyers, saying that our home loan is in arrears. I downloaded the Standard Bank App, and it says our premium is R12920.41. How are we supposed to know that we were not paying the correct amount as we do not get any statements or calls. Please sort this out! This is not our fault; we were given this amount to pay.
I opened a new business account with FNB online. I sent all the documents and got my card from the branch. I transferred money into the account. Now when I need to pay my service providers, I cannot access the money. They said I needed to complete a voting form, I did, sent it through and still I cannot pay anyone. It gives error 217. What is going on FNB??? This is really urgent!!!
We have paid up a our debts except our home loan. According to Debt Rescue's policies if you only have your home loan left, you can be released from debt review. We have been waiting 5 months and every time they have a different story. They have been paying our debtors for 5 years and they say they do not have paid up letters. What are we paying them for then? Please we just want to get rid of this company and move on with our lives. It has been a very very frustrating experience.
The service from this company is absolutely shocking! We only have our home loan left, all other debts have been paid, we have been waiting over 4 months for a paid-up letter. Every time they request letters from our debtors from us, to say that we are paid up. They have been paying these companies and have been dealing with them for the past almost 5 years. They should have the letters. There is no response from them. We have been paying our home loan directly for over 3 months, I will not pay another cent to a company that does not respond to requests at all!!! Just take us off this debt review!
