Bad bad client service!!!
Bad bad service!!! I booked a ticket online from East London to Modimolle!!! It gave me an option where the East London bus arrives at 8h00 and the Modimolle bus leaves at 8h15!!! When I called them to tell them the East London bus is running late they told me that I'm going to forfeit my ticket and that I will not be refunded!!! This delay is not my fault and I should be compensated!!!0 replies
