Service is terrible. Requested banking details update more than 2 weeks ago. Still nothing, multiple follow up emails sent - no response.
Terribly overpriced and charged R1000 for a compression test with no real feedback on what the problem was. Wanted to charge R14k to do valve stem seals on a Conquest.
I paid over R5,000 for repairs to my car through Hassle Heroes, expecting the issues to be properly resolved. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The company had my car for a week. When they returned it, several problems remained — including a water-temperature sensor that I had to purchase and install myself. They also failed to fit an oil seal, which they later apologized for, but this has left the car leaking oil. They mentioned difficulties sourcing parts because some spare shops were closed, but they had the car so long so most of the engine components were not replaced. Only three days after the repair, my car began showing the same blown-head-gasket symptoms as before. From what I can tell, the team mainly focused on cosmetic work —respraying or cleaning external engine parts — rather than carrying out the internal mechanical repairs promised. Based on my experience, I feel that the work was incomplete and not value for money. I hope Hassle Hero's takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and transparency of their repair process.
Completely ************* company. Took car for rewiring and all they did was cover old wires with insullation tape. Technician broke radio cover during installation and instead of apologizing the owner came out to criticize the new radio's model. Did not even connect the tweeters. Broke my wipers motor. My altenator did not need repairs only a loose wire but chared full price for repair.
I am on lower than an entry level package, with speeds under 35mbps but paying R889/pm I want a full refund for all the months that I have been paying in excess of the speed that I have been receiving.
I am almost paying R900 pm for fibre and hardly reach speeds of 50Mbps but you advertise From R859/month 100 Mbps download speed100 Mbps
Good day, On your website under my profile you give me an easy id that i used as my reference - if you need the full account number s a reference why don't you put it there? It has been a week, and this straightforward issue remains unresolved. The quality of your service has definitely declined. I guess this is only a service for the rich...
Last week went to an ABSA ATM in Kraaifontein to make a deposit. My "new" card were not working and subsequent to that it was working at the the ATM but not in stores. I was assured that I could, but I could not. After lots of back and forth my card finally arrived today. Low and behold I now receive this error: Unsuccessful 4 February 2025, 10:53:22 HOLDS ON ACC - SUPERVISOR O/R Please advise urgently!
I have now used my sim card for a while since my phone was being fixed, however I have been using WhatApp on my laptop connected to the same number. After inserting the sim card in my device it registered on the network but I receive the error network not available. I recharged successfully using my banking app, but still receive the error. So, our geyser stopped worked and I submitted a claim with Standard bank Insurance. They then sent Likhaya Plumbing to assess the geyser. Their plumber does the assessment and decides that an element and another component need to be replaced. After the replacement was done the geyser still did not work. Called Standard Bank again who sent out different plumbers to assess. These plumbers' states that the geyser is burst, but it was burst before the previous plumbers installed the components that I was charged for - they removed the components and showed me how they could tell. The new plumbers replaced the geyser, and I paid the excess, now I'm stuck with geyser components that I do not need and all Standard Bank can say is that they do not cover components, but it was not a component issue in the first place. should they not get their contracted plumbers to refund me????
