Please can Standard bank update my profile on Transunion, i missed the debit order for the 26th September but i did an eft with an amount of R6770 on the 27th September which was more then the instalment. I phoned in and spoke to a lady i spoke to in collections she told me that my account is up to date so how can you update the credit bureau as me in 30 days if my account is up to date, please can you rectify it and have it as OK on Transunion, irrespective if i missed a debit order i made a payment for the month which means that the payment was made and not missed and my account is in fact not in 30 days but up to date.
Auto Rehab/restructure done on my account without informing me Auto rehab / restructure done on SBSA VAF account without my knowledge and added an additional 1 year to my Vehicle account, Standard bank moved my account to LWM and i dealt with Koketso and then another lady and then Boitumelo from LWM Debt . I have phoned Standard bank to ask if i can get the auto rehab reversed and if my term could be brought back to original term which supposed to end next year April or May 2026 now i have to pay for an additional 8 months of instalments and a balloon payment because people cannot communicate to there clients efficiently. Please can LWN and Standard Bank VAF check into this and let me know what can be to get my original term in place so i don’t have to for an additional 8 more months, we are trying to finish our debt but how can you when they milk the last of our money from us

Ongoing poor to no internet connection Rain can you please get it together, it is 2025 and we are still struggling with internet connection. We pay month to month to receive not even a full month of good internet connection from Rain, it is very frustrating and unacceptable, you are the only network provider that we have issues with. I have been with Telkom, Vodacom and MTN and never in my life have we experienced such ********** service from an ISP, if you log onto my profile you can see that this week alone i think out of these 3 days we only had 1 day of good internet connection. Please get your team up to speed with technology and how to get things done right the 1st time or can i be charged for the days that i was given good internet connection. We work from home and we can’t even join 1 teams meeting without being disconnected. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous
I was in arrears with Wonga and i was debited once by there third party Nimble and debited 3 times by Wong for the month of February so a total of 4 debits. What is wrong with you your company i was deducted over R4000 in 1 day and my balance due was R1690. Please can you look into this matter asap
Please can Cartrack get there payment allocations system sorted out i made a payment on the 28th January 2025 and as of today 01st February 2025, my payment is still not reflecting on THERE SYSTEM as per Dineo Phalime at Cartrack, she was so unprofessional she was eating while speaking to me and chewing so loud. I guess eating before helping a customer is Cartrack slogan. Absolutely unprofessional and worst car tracking company ever, you guys need to do better you can’t inconvenience a customer because your payment allocation system is slow.
I dealt with Boniswa and she was very helpful and understanding. She got my policy reinstated and i appreciate her hard work and dedication. Thanks
Please can someone at Mix Telematics answer the phone, I have been trying since Monday and can’t get through, it just rings and rings. It is so unprofessional
Rain is by far the worst internet provider and there customer service department is just so bad. The towers have been down since Saturday 03/09/22, it came back on Monday afternoon 05/09/22 and now Tuesday 06/09/22 it is down again!!!! It makes it so difficult as we work from home why am I paying for a service that I can’t use, as this happens every month. Please Rain can you work on something so that this issue stop occurring every month.
I have an Telkom ADSL line at home. On Wednesday 23/03/2022 I logged a fault with Telkom as our ADSL line was down. The technician came out the same day and checked it and advised that it was theft and vandalism and that it is with the cables department. It is now the 28th March and we still get the same story that it’s with the cables department. When will this be sorted why do we the customer have to keep on phoning to follow up. Should you not put more security measures in place to prevent this from occurring as this happens far to often. I need my Wi-Fi sorted out ASAP we are working from home and it causes a big problem if the ADSL line is down. Please can we get answers. We cannot pay for a service that is not functioning properly
